Staff new exactly where to find the products I needed. The staff explained the products Quality and description of its purpose.

Very clean & very helpful staff.this is my "go-to" place for anything to do with Computer.printer.stationary.home office supplies.

Absolutely incredible customer service! I went to get a sign printed for my engagement party and I accidentally gave them the wrong image to print. I went back the next day and explained the situation. They reprinted the correct image for me at no extra charge and made sure it was exactly how I wanted it!

Was printing some stuff off and the lady at the counter was very helpful and showed me how to do it properly

Very pleased with our visit today to exchange a chair. Staff are very kind and were very helpful. Shout out to Jeff for assisting us and answering our questions.

Excellent service, really quick internet and worth the price. You can be in and out for 1.50 cents if you are prepared with the pages you want to visit. I just wish they were more in town.

I get fairly good service when I get printing done here. The staff are pleasant and someone always greets you when you walk in, which is nice. Sometimes I have a hard time finding something and there’s always someone available nearby to help.

I was in asking about a 3 inch ring binder that zipped up. The gentleman came up to me and I told him “I know there’s none on the shelf, When would you be getting some more in”? He said there’s no way of knowing, so I asked if the other store on the north end would have such a thing and he tells me that he does not know, as he clearly didn’t want to help me. I asked if he would mind phoning so I would not have to drive up there for no reason. He told me I guess then called, then hung up and said sorry no one’s answering their busy. He talk like I was being an inconvenience for him.

Couldn't find staff. Everyone there was incredibly busy. Went elsewhere for what I needed

Much different than the one in Parkland mall. Although, it does seem that Staples runs on limited staff. The cashier was friendly and outgoing.

This is great for people who want to try/compare variety pen and looking for right one for their use. But feel like its not a new pen. It will be nice if we can try only tester pens or leave there only few, then we can try and grab whatever i like with 100% new conditions.

All of the staff at this staples store are awesome. They do their absolute best to assist when able and try to be as informed as possible. Jim, Christopher, Jeffery, and everyone there have made deciding on my computer the correct and best choice. No pressure, and were even encouraging me to return the device if I wasn't happy.
I am super pleased with their service and professionalism.
