Best service I have had at a staples. I feel like this world has come to the point where people are more annoyed at their job than helpful. I had a young man help me and he actually had a personality which I really appreciate. Also was knowledgeable about the product I was buying AND helped me save on it with a promotion they had I wouldn’t have ever known about

Everyone was really helpful and nice.
Especially Ruby helped me out a lot and guided me really well. Really appreciate the information that she provided, will certainly go back to this specific staples whenever I need to.

I seriously had the best experience here last night. Being a stressed out, last minute kind of girl, I came into this Staples to track down the Surface Pro 8 that I had been hunting for all day. My boyfriend and I were greeted by Ken, who quite literally went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. I had previously gone to Best Buy and felt almost 'targeted' for being 'naive' female. Ken, ensured all mine and my boyfriends questions were answered, and that I was getting the correct computer to help me throughout my University Career. Not once did he shift his attention, or be pushy with us. He helped, patiently waited, found things for us, looked information up, and seriously provided the best customer service I've probably ever had. Not to mention, my daily limit being capped from this expensive purchase, he patiently waited for my to call the bank, and gave us a fun little 'high five' once we had figured it out - he clearly knew I was getting stressed.

Ken, if you see this, we will not forget your help. You made a stressful day turn pleasant. Thank you so much.

The service was very friendly and helpful! Store is well organized and easy-to-use. The sections are well identified. Prices vary according to the prduct and provider.

We where there for my son's graphing calculator for 12th grade high school. Even though they had been cleared out they still had a few models available that met the requirements.

They where also offering a, one time pay 20$, 3 year warranty as a back to school promo. We will definitely be going back for other retail needs.

It's one of the 7th transformative staples store in Canada which has co-working with 24/7 access. Not only this store is full with all range of office supplies, but it's also has some amazing tech products! Not to mention friendly staff, good ambiance, excellent customer service and it's prime location!

I don't think I'll be going to another Staples, this shall be my permanent one I personally want to thank Mr Edwin for going above and beyond for me even though the store was closing soon he was patient and knowledgable about where to find what I need and helping me make alternate options if something wasn't in stock truly appreciate his time!

We booked the boardroom in the Staples Studio for a team meeting and it was a fantastic experience. The staff helped to answer our many questions during the booking phase and on the day of ensured we had everything we needed to seat everyone and connect our presentation to the TV. The staff were approachable, friendly and super helpful. It was such a comfortable environment to meet in, it was very clean and inviting and the added bonus of coffee was great! I would highly recommend this space and the location is also ideal as it is near many restaurants. Huge thank you to Steve, Rom and Glenn for all their help.

I had a great experience at this location when I visited for the first time recently. I was helped by an associate named Trina, who was extremely helpful both over the phone and in person when I came to pick my product up. I was impressed by Trina’s customer service and would shop here again just for her. The store was also very clean and had plenty of stock. Only 4 stars because the other employee I interacted with during this visit (a man working the front cash) seemed very hesitant and judgmental that I didn’t want to pay right away for my items that were on hold and instead wanted to take them in the store to compare with other things as I kept shopping. I even told this person twice and they still started to ring the items through the register. Otherwise, great location and great experience overall.

Used print shop services. AMAZING customer service Romald (I believe his name was) was very kind and very helpful, laid out all my options and prices. They seemed genuinely interested in my project and were very knowledgeable. The rest of the store had a lot of stock of different office items. Very nice layout. Some prices I did find a bit pricier on certain items. Will come here for any future print shop needs as well as any office supply needs!

Absolutely fantastic! Got my booklets for my wedding ceremony here. The staff are SO friendly & helpful! Romuald made sure my booklets were printed to my exact liking & I didn’t have to come back to pick them up. Got everything I needed right then & there! Definitely will be coming back here for all my printing needs

The format of this location is very well organized and easy to follow. They had plenty of options for everything I was looking for during my visit and more stock that I have seen at staples before.
Staff was also very friendly and kind to myself and the other customers.

One of the most modern Co- working space with great ambiance and fully equipped with everything you can expect to get job done. Great collection of hand bags and accessories for day today planners and organizers. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommended.

Came in for print services, and the team was great helping us understand what options were available, get what we needed, delivered in the time window we needed. They also made sure all the available discounts and coupons were applied, without us even having to ask.

This location also has a co-work facility, which might be useful for anyone visiting the city who is not satisfied with your hotel's business centre.

I was eager to support this new location so I went there for a new phone. The staff who helped me was nice, he suggested a screen protector and found it for me. We bought a few more items as well. A couple days later when I tried to put the screen protector on my phone it didn't fit; he had given me the wrong one. My experience going back to the store was terrible. I didn't have my receipt and the staff I talked to had zero interest in helping me fix the issue. After spending so much money on my first visit it was disappointing to be treated like that over a $10 item. They wouldn't even help me look for new screen protector that would fit my phone when I asked.

This is a well stocked store for stationery and art supplies. Also well stocked with computers related supplies.
