Really tall blonde lady with shoulder length hair at till was saying everything to be unhelpful! Not at all a positive experience.

Need people working the front tills who can help those who are not buying electronics and spending 15 minutes harassing customers to buy extended warranty. All I needed was some pencils and got to watch two poor families being asked over and over why they didn’t want the warranty. The one guy say no at least 10 times while I stood there waiting. Staples is becoming Visions!

Placed a “same day” order Thursday evening for approx 10-13 printed 4x6 photos. Website says ordered by noon you will get them by 6pm next day. I called around 7: 30pm-gentleman I spoke to said he sees the order but it’s not completed- “something like that I can just come in the store and print at the kiosk” I said I was aware but that wasn’t as convenient for me so I placed an order and would like to be able to still pick up that evening. He told me to wait for an email. It’s now Saturday night and still no email and I didn’t have the pictures I wanted for my son’s first birthday present. Very disappointing. When will my photos be ready for pick up?

Horrible uneducated employees. No product knowledge of items in the store they sell and then lie to the customer about the product you want just for you to purchase the item and then have to bring the item back for a refund. Embarrassing

Horrible customer service, I waited by the computers for almost 15 minutes while possibly maybe the manager and his associate were just standing there and talking while I was waiting for customer service the people at the cash register they were looking at me too nobody came to assist me. When I finally started making noise the manager on duty stated that they were helping another customer so now it takes two associates to help one person to do something that's freaking ridiculous horrible customer service never going back there again!

I ordered a product online for curbside pickup. Received the email to go pick up & call store from car.called twice no answer.went into store and there were no customers just two young coworkers chatting with each other. Neither knew how to process an order pick up. Then I asked what the return policy was and NEITHER of them knew. They had to look it up online.wow. Low caliber of staff and no knowledge about staples policies or procedures.
I'll go to best buy next time.

This store is run by incredibly uneducated and ultra rude, very angry people and it's getting worst every month.

Worst service and attention to detail I've ever come across. I ordered something that was supposed to be done in 1 day. Its been 5 days, and they printed and cut the first order wrong. Absolutely horrendous service. I'm expecting a call but nothing have called back 7 times can't get ahold of the print side. I can't even get an update so I can just get a return.

-2 stars because i don't get why you'd spend the amount of money you have on diy copy machines and then use a system that not only is inefficient and slow but also push's the most expensive type of print making u have to manually change to regular print 97% of ppl using a copy machine are using it for. Guys its 2023 my flip phone from 1992 shouldn't be 100x faster then you're copier. You sell computers and tech get it together.

Online store said they had stock on 3 different computers, but when I got there they had none of them. When I asked if they could call another store that showed ‘in stock’ they wrote the number in a piece of paper and told me to call myself. Customer support is lacking, seems as if nobody gave a s*#t.
For a store that sells technology, you would think they could have an online store that was at least partially accurate.

I asked front desk staff if i could use the bathroom to which they responded, "yes". The bathroom is at the very back of the store, and it's a fairly large store. When I got to the bathroom, I waited 10 minutes for someone to open it, since staff carries the key and keeps bathrooms locked, oddly. I walked all the way back to the front because no other staff was to be seen. And fyi; no, they were not busy whatsoever. Another 10 minutes standing in the front trying to get anyone of the many employees attention. A customer should not have to speak loud verging on shouting, just to get their attention. An employee apologized and assured me staff will be there to open bathroom momentarily. I told them a pregnant lady and her spouse was also in dire need to use the facility. I walked all the way back again and waited 10 more minutes. No one came. I looked into the back warehouse employees only and yelled, "hello", "anybody here", "please help". No response, no staff to be seen anywhere. I spoke to the pregnant lady and her partner for a bit. I don't like having to raise my voice or shout in order to get attention of the store. But seeing a pregnant woman in need of going is urgent, as well as myself had been on a liquid fast all day. Not to mention just had medical procedure on my knee which the freezing was wearing off and pain. Having to walk back and forth many times was not helping. I had already been next door at shoppers getting few things and had asked for a restroom, but shoppers doesn't allow customers to use. I needed a couple things at staples and knew they had public restrooms. I had to wait 15 minutes the last time I had been in staples, where employees were walking by but unwilling to get a key. Eventually someone grudgingly opened bathrooms myself and another women. Why shop at a store that thinks it's acceptable to make paying customers wait long time to access bathrooms for customers? Leave them unlocked. The customer service is terrible. Try not to use that location.

We had someone with short red hair and glasses help us to print something. We were asking how to print wedding invitations and they seemed very annoyed to help us. We asked if they could help show us how to use the application to print invites and they just pointed at fedex boxes and the printers saying they had a lot to do and then proceeded to tell us all the things they had to do for the day and that they could give us the website and all they could do to help us was send the invitations to calgary and back? Ive never been treated this weirdly before but they seemed like for someone at the customer service desk for printing that it was to difficult to even help us out at all.

There just aren't enough Staples. Back in the day Staples was 'the present and the future'

The worst and shitti*t service everr the tallest guy with black tshirt at print and help desk is so unprofessional he was dealing with white lady i called him two times he saw me and ignored me and called a boy in red shirt i thought it was for me but he again helped the white lady and went back.something like racism.i meann what the heck man. I wasted my 10 doller, its was not only about 10 dollera i needed that document and store was about to closed in 30 mins.and then print the only stuff i understand.hey boy i hope god give you the taste of your action. Ignorant staff, seems getting free pay one of them was picking nose… worst place

Shubhangi and Bhupinder were absolutely pathetic in returning my phone charger which I had to return after 8 days of purchase. There are a lot of East Indians work here and they run their own regime, avoid this location and it’s not a resist comment because I myself is an East Indian

This is literally the worst Staples in Edmonton. They never have my orders done on time. After standing line for over 20 minutes they informed me that the order I was picking up won’t be ready until end of day tomorrow even though I was told it would be ready for pickup at 5 tonight. How hard is it to print 200 copies? The staff are super rude as well to the point that the person in front of me walked out upset at them. Don’t waste your time shopping at this place!

Very difficult people to deal with. I had replaced my debit card within their 30 day return period, and they refused to give my refund on my card.

Thank you Zainul, you made a positive difference in my day! Zainul works at the copying centre. She really went above and beyond to get my poster laminated as soon as possible. I overheard that she did this when she was supposed to be on her break. I've been helped by her a few times and she's always very kind, patient and a pleasure to work with

I found that store organized and it's easy to find stuff with the variety products what they offer I like it thank you ED
