Don’t use them for shipping at all. Had important documents that needed to be delivered for last Friday. Paid extra fees to have it delivered for 12pm on Friday, only for it not to be sent out until after 1pm Friday (an hour after it was paid to arrive), arriving 4 days late on Tuesday. When we reached out to this location on the failure to provide service, we were told the manager would reach out to us by Wednesday it is now Friday and no word. Just absolutely unprofessional.

Printing and Scanning Department needs to be reassessed. The Person incharge currently doesnot seem to be too interested in customer needs. Charges 1 hr fee even when such a service was not requested. Doesnt do as good as a job as would have been all through my experience with Staples. I will be very reluctant to come to Staples for any Printing needs in Future.

Awful customer service. We have used this location various times over the past few months for different items/needs. Each time we were met with workers and /or management that had no idea about products or services. Unfortunately, we are done giving this location our business.

Stacey solved a problem we had. We'd been to three stores and we were not happy to have to go to a fourth. Stacey showed us exactly what we wanted, slightly away from the regular aisle, even on sale.

This place has awesome customer service. They got a new manager in the copy center and she went out of her way to help me.

Drove 45 minutes to get professional photos for me and my husband to send in with a government application. We were there for two minutes and a lady helped us right away but her camera wasn’t charged so she couldn’t do the photos. Asked us to come back the next day because she wasn’t prepared. We had to go somewhere else because we couldn’t drive that far again for a simple photo. Not sure why she couldn’t just charge the camera and have us come back in an hour. We would have waited. She sent us to another place so we won’t return.

Don't go there and expect help from the girls at the shipping/mailing/computer/scanning. There is not enough staff to help that busy place. I won't be going there again soon. Very unhappy

Had to go back, I was given the wrong cartage for my label maker, great place for any office supplies
