Store employees are too busy talking to each other to even ask for anyone for help. They walk the other way even though I walked half the store to find what I needed.

Store was clean that's why the higher score. Staff couldn't go 2 minutes without repeatedly bothering me. Seriously was in there for 10min and was asked if I needed help 6 times.

I have picked up many online orders here for pamphlets and such and the customer service is always fantastic! The employees are helpful and friendly!

Updating this one cause of what I've seen over the last year.

It's hard to get help here. If you can get a hold of someone, there fine and friendly and all that but theres usually just one person working the floor and there always busy doing something. I try to avoid dropping off packages here if I can cause I know I'm going to be waiting forever to get someone in their print place. Think I've been lucky with a short line twice in the last year. Prices took a big jump too, I can't justify getting any spare phone cables or anything here, its just too expensive. Gonna try to avoid coming here unless I have to.

The layout always leaves me guessing where things are. Not great when your in a hurry. I often come here and then end up ordering what I wanted on Amazon anyways. Prices are no longer competitive on many basic items. The Print, copy and shipping center is the only reason I keep coming back.

Went to drop of a return package. Was waiting in line for 30 minutes. The guy took an extremely long time helping ONE costume.

Absolutely brutal. I drove 45 minutes into town to pick up a package that was dropped off at this location. When I got to the shipping area Amanda told me I needed Id and then walked away to help someone else. Right then another employee proceeded to help the girl behind me in the line.not too sure why we line up? Because the package was in my wife's name I was told I needed to get her to write on a peice of random paper that it was OK to have me pick up the package. Not sure what this even proves as anyone could have done that. I had all the information about the delivery already on my phone so this step was just annoying. I see a lot of negative reviews on here about Amanda and the print department so maybe it's time to take a look at what is happening here.
I wouldn't recommend this place ever this is 2 hours of my life I will never get back.
