Staples

For the last 15 years I have purchased a variety of things from Staples. It does not matter what city your in, Staples is such an amazing store. Their staff is always helpful and so kind. The Camrose store is wonderful. They always solve my computer issues and give me great advice on other products. Thanks to the staff for being so great!

During a difficult time, we came into the store, to have a picture enlarged and printed. We were helped by Kimberly, she went above and beyond what we expected. We left the store feeling grateful for the time and service she gave to us!

They had exactly what I was looking for. This store has always been the cleanest and most friendly around. Store of the year!

I would give 0 star if I could. Staples is obviously very laden with incompetent folks that lack professionalism. I ordered the full package of my child's school supplies from staples. These supplies were meant to have been delivered to me about a week ago and I still don't have them till now. I have called the customer service several times and kept being told the case has been escalated. I finally requested to speak with a supervisor who unfortunately appeared even more clueless than the people I had spoken to earlier. Not only are these supplies way more expensive than the prices listed at Walmart and Amazon, its been over a week since they were meant to be delivered and my child has been left without school supplies. This company is definitely bereft of any iota of professionalism or competence and I would advice anyone seeking school or office supplies to look elsewhere, don't make the same mistake I made!

Had a great experience today at staples. I needed to print 2 documents, not tech savvy, I was greater by Mahilla not sure if thats correctspelling, she walked me thru how to print, she was knowledgeable, kind, patient, What a fantastic employee you've,

Got a Chrome Book from the Camrose location. It had a 2 year warranty and they sold us an additional year warranty as well. The warranty would expire Nov of this year. My son had an accident and cracked the screen. We contacted Staples and they refused to acknowledge the extended warranty claiming the original 2 years had expired. An additional year was bought and paid for and is clearly on the receipt yet they refused to do anything.

The service I received this morning was prompt, expertly delivered and welcoming. It dealt with return of a printer that was incorrectly (on my behalf) purchased. We received the correct printer and it's working fine. My thanks for the expert task on your part! March 15 /23
