Staples

A great brick & mortor store but. Over priced product lines spell their demise, I suspect they will close their doors in less than 24 months time at present rate of being unable to compete.

I needed to write this review because I had an urgent matter where I needed a mountain of things printed in a short period of time. The girl explained they had a back log and it wouldn't be able to be completed for a few days. After explaining (and a little begging), this girl worked thru her break to make sure I met MY deadline. She was so professional and SO courteous. She absolutely deserves a raise. And I will be bringing my business to this location from now on because of her! Ask for Skye!

I'm pretty irritated that Staples refused me to use the self self print kiosk to print on paper that was purchased at Staples. I have made my last Staples purchase ever.

Purchased Lap top for work, associates super helpful! Two younger gentlemen helped me and they worked so well together got me the best price!

I bought an office chair New in the box as a Xmas present for my daughter. Come Christmas Day, as I’m assembling it, I notice the the chair has been heavily used to the point the leather armrests are cracked, there are scuff marks and tears in the other leather - yet it was wrapped in ‘New’ packaging! My daughter was So Disappointed!
UPDATE: I returned it, explained what happened and they were good about it, apologized and refunded my money and worked with me to find a replacement.

Been there many times, I think the staff at printing department could be more knowledgable and consistent. Got my print copy different size and blurd.

Will think twice before ordering online for a delivery to this store.
Three phone calls, and two trips of 50 km.each.
Most employees here are unable to find product or even the paperwork.
Also the disorder and long wait times were disgusting.
Will probably use the St. Albert store in future even tho it's a longer travel.

I bought a office chair here. They had a good selection on chairs on the floor I could try out which was nice. Prices seemed a tad high.

Staff is mostly friendly but not overly helpful when someone gets stuck in the printing department.
Staff could be more knowledgeable about their own services or make it more accessible to the public who do know what they need.

I was in a hurry to buy a backpack and the store was closing in about 15 minutes. The associates were helpful and located the perfect backpack for me and my travels. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes.
