Scott recently assisted me in store with my laptop. He was knowledgeable about the device, warranty and the available service programs. I will be a return customer based on the excellent service I received. Thanks again, Scott!

Had some bad experiences and today was actually different. She tried to find a solution and listened to the issue. She’s sending my product that went to the wrong store to the proper one so I can go get it even though the original associate forgot to give me it in December.

The print quality is not ideal a lot of what I ordered had print errors and I couldn’t get a refund without going back to the same location (which it was never meant to be sent to.)

Tried contacting their head office as well and nothing could be done. The company itself has some major issues but Rebecca’s is a great staff member!

Below you can see the fold like is middle of the cards and misprinted.

We went to the Cochrane store today to get a document done. We have not used the service before. Rafael J.was of tremendous help. His knowledge and professionalism was appreciated very much. He helped us make all the right decisions to make a memorable document. I would recommend his services for any important documents you may want produced.

Staples is still my go to office supply place. I have bought my printers and computers, abd lots of my phones here, computer accessories, binders, paper, planners, pens, and supplies.
I don't even think about it any more here in Cochrane.

I have to give this place a 1 star. They sell fedex services but actually aren’t trained or knowledgeable about anything to do with fedex. Staples Sold me shipping for a package, told me it would be there by a date. It didn’t get their by the date and apparently fedex doesn’t care about that because they’ve removed their commitment to deliver the level of service you expect from FedEx and don’t stand behind any shipping / delivery dates. I would not have shipped with fedex at the staples location if the staples employee was knowledgeable and or honest. I would’ve picked a different provider (I know there is one maybe even two more options besides fedex but none were offered) and so FYI for anyone going to ship with fedex from here - for the past 15 months fedex hasn’t been committed to getting your things their on time. Oh also my package that I sent out that was very valuable was valued at 0$ on my receipt… like what - literally the box it was in was worth more than 0 - what game are you all playing?

Figured Staples would be above the extended warranty scam, but guess not. Chromebook wouldn't turn on, so took it back and figured it'd be a quick swap. Waited about an hour while tech support sat on hold with another tech support (?), and was only given the amount the same model is going to be on sale a week later on Black Friday. Had to pay the difference, even though it was the same price when I was there. Tried to sell me another extended warranty so could go through this lovely experience again. Only had the Chromebook for a few months before it failed, so really wish I just figured it out with the manufacturer. Don't waste your time and money.
