Items all seem to be overpriced when compared to the same names and brands on line. Or even local stores. Store was clean, tidy and organized. Isles are nice, wide and well lit. Staff seem very knowledgeable and friendly.

Recently got some business cards and print down. Ragvi, was very helpful, found me the best pricing and got me a pretty quick turnaround for my products!

I bought a backpack for my son before I realized the matching lunchbag was sold out almost everywhere in the country. After some sleuthing, I found out that Staples Cold Lake had 1 in stock. I called the store and the manager was extremely helpful. He talked me through the order process and then shipped it to me in Edmonton. I am very impressed because he could have said no, especially since this wasn't a big ticket item. Above and beyond for sure and I appreciate it. Shout out Manager of Staples Cold Lake! Thank you for your help.

Probably some of the worst customer service. Not just on one occasion but multiple. Staples needs to look more closely who they are hiring.

Small town staples so selection/inventory isn't fantastic. Has most of what you'd expect though.

It took a while to track down an employee but once I did, I showed him what I was looking for and it went smoothly after that.

So I went over at staples today to print and photocopy a document. I was really lost with how the printer & scanner works as it was not user friendly and very much being my first time having to try their printing device.
I asked for assistance and one of the staff an “Asian lady” to be precise was being very rude when I politely asked her for help. She replied “wait I’m just finishing off something” in a very loud voice and seemed to be irritated after being asked for help! Wow! I was completely blown away with her reaction and response! So, being said she went over and assisted me. And after I had my documents printed out and despite her bad attitude towards me, me being courteous I said thank you for your help. And she just turned her back and walked away without any response and still seems irritated for God knows what reasons. I will never go back to this store.
Higher management should look into applicant’s portfolios and ethics before even hiring them as a staff! Make sure to have proper etiquette when dealing with customers especially in the retail industry.

If you need help finding somthing in this store after 6 I suggest shopping somewhere. Went in looking for an office chair and walked around for 20 mins and not one person cane to ask if I needed help. Two employees just stood at the counter talking to each other.

When someone does address you, they are more than knowledgeable and friendly. However, the last time I was there, the staff went to get someone to work the cash. After some time, she came back to me and rang me through

A very nice store. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cashier was new and was very nice and she did great. The selection is second to none, but the prices are a little higher than other places, but the quality of stuff they sell is higher too.

I ordered a 12x18 photo 2 weeks before my boyfriend's birthday. However, what I didn't know is that they outsource their photo printing services. When I looked at the print at home it was really dark, I went back and told them it wasn't acceptable and at first they would not help me. Then they printed it on their printers and it was heavily pixelated, and still tried to pass it off to me as okay. After an hour in the store they said they sent to have it reprinted but now it's not ready in time and they don't know when it will be printed or where it's being sent, to me or the store. The Staples staff eventually did the best they could but overall a bad experience. If you can, get your photos printed elsewhere.

The management at the location is horrific. I was standing in line and I was next to be served and the manager came to me and told me to go over to the checkout in the photo department when I got there the lady in the photo department was busy and was surprised that the manager sent me over to her. I thought it was very poor management to send me to a cashier that is busy and unaware that her boss had sent me to her. It's that kind of behaviour that causes employees to resent their boss, and in turn creates a bad work environment.
Luckily for this manager the lady I was sent to had a really good attitude about it and made me feel much better about the situation. But it's terrible that your employees have to overcompensate for a manager's poor behavior and lack of leadership.

I just got charged $9.00 to print off five documents with low quality colour and the documents I originally came to print off wouldn’t properly print on their systems. The timer they set on the computers has no way of knowing the staff are taking 4 minutes to fix toner issues and continue to charge customers. The staff were unable to address why my pdf documents were not centred when I tried to print and therefore cut off my full colour designs. They had no way to address the issues and simply blamed me for not having the proper documents preset. I print these same documents all the time and have never had issues printing them off. Their staff merely shrugged their shoulders and offered no solutions. I refused to sit and be charged while they figured out their deficiencies and left. The only place to print off documents in the area and I get nothing done. Will never be returning to this print centre location nor any other staples print centre. Go somewhere else to avoid wasting your time and money.

Good quality service. Employees help you out and give good information on which items they recommend. They are readily available if you got question about specific products. Employees are clear concense and to the point in helping customers walk in and out in timely manner

Needed to get a PDF Printed off with a Size Change, used the Online Print Tools, took me maybe 5 minutes start to finish. Had made a mistake which I did not catch before I submitted the Order. Hour or two later the Print Centre called me to advise me of the issue and helped me choose the correct option. Top Notch Customer Service!

I worked with Lyn at the copy center to produce workbooks for an upcoming workshop. She was such a professional in every aspect of the print job. She's a computer savvy wiz and a real perfectionist. And to top it all off the workbooks look outstanding.
I also got a poster made off of a Power Point slide from the Workshop deck that turned out as professional as I've seen. I will be getting three sets of 7 posters printed this week.
Love this place.

First off I bought a 1500 dollar computer there. It was a dud. Also the floor model. Said they would have to wipe it, then did so. Windows was so screwed up after that. (It damaged the drivers while updating). Called them so their "techs" could "take a look". Proceeded to delete all the MSI stuff that made it a 1500 dollar computer. Then try to pawn my new laptop off to me (now worth about 800 dollars) as "repaired". After battling for a few days they ordered me a new one. This one works fine. Then after spending a few hundred more setting up my business. My wife goes in, only to have to buy a 250 cent novelty pen that my 2 year old daughter touched and is now considered "damaged". Never shopping there again. What a disgrace.
