Came to snap my baby's passport and was not disappointed by the service. Snapping a baby's passport can be a hassle with the different facial expressions, after couple shots we got the perfect shot for my baby girl.
Customer service was 100% with patience.
Nice work guys.

Some staff are super helpful and friendly, others, well just kind of "meh. ". It's an ok place to get office supplies.

Today the staff seems lazy. But not all the staff.maybe no manager was on site today because my questions could not be answered. I like Staples.nice clean store.

Came in to buy a new laptop. Didn't need anything fancy, just something basic for university courses. Had outstanding service from the store manager, Cordell, who was very personable as well as knowledgeable. I received a great deal on exactly what I was looking for.

I just want to thank Mr. Cordwell Cummings for the great service he provided for me. I had an issue with my Laptop and Computer. He addressed my issue within a day. Mr. Cordell went above and beyond to resolve my issue and did an amazing work to help me out. I am very happy and satisfied with the service I received. He is Awesome and Staples is very lucky to have him. He is an asset for Staples.

I went in there today to do back to school shopping with my 3 small children. Susan greeted us as we walked in the door and was so very helpful. She was helping us find thing off of our lists and was so patient with us. I was so greatfull as I was feeling very overwhelmed.

The staff in the copy centre were so polite, kind and helpful. They printed off my 11x17 construction drawings for me in short time and even hole punched them for my drawing binder.
This is my new favorite location.

When I first went to Staples I never really paid much attention to which location I happen to pull into until I had to do the HOME OFFICE!
There are three locations that are about the same distance from me. When I chose my location it really came down to the Customer Service.
I have no complaints here.
There is always parking but I was really sold immediately by the service in the printing department. I find they really go out of their way to make sure I'm happy with all the work I've had done from flyers, biz cards, forms etc. They give information that is useful like discounts and readily answer any questions I have or find out answers to questions I have.
On the floor I am never at a loss to find someone to help me find something or check something out before I buy.

Staples is always my choice for any office supplies stationery any kind of thing like that this day I happen to be going there to look for ink for my printer found out that they are having trouble getting that supply so I asked the guy to show me maybe a new printer he proceeded to show me the best options at the right price for me I ended up with a really awesome brother printer that is better than I had before at a cheaper cost for ink. Still going to be my number one choice for going for office supplies for sure!

I went in to buy some ink and found out that the cartridges that I needed the stores were having trouble getting stock of them because of covid. So I needed a printer right away the salesperson helped me find one that was affordable had a great option for ink and it had ink that came with it. He then carried it around the store until we found paper and a few other odds and ends that I wanted for my office he was great.

Amazing Staples! Printed off my divorce papers, quick and easy with no hiccups. Can safely say I will returning for any printing occasion!

Not accurate hours, drove half way across the city just to find out they had closed an hour early.

I bought my desk lamp online very easily, which I would be picking up after two hours, I received a call before that time to tell me that I could go for my lamp. Friendly delivery service to your car. It will still be my favorite for this kind of supplies

I stopped into this location to send a package via their Fedex drop off. I am grateful for this as it keeps the operating costs lower for various shipping companies. The gentleman that was taking care of my transaction was telling me a story about one of his shipping incidents and it made me laugh. It was shocking to find out that UK Customs burns all goods entering the country that have incorrect paperwork. Had I not gone into this location, I wouldn't have learned that bit of information.
When shipping gifts, fill out the paper work correctly, and listen to the people that ship things daily, they may know a lot more than you!

The guy that helped me courier my packages was awesome! He should teach everyone how to ship items

They have great knowledge but they're so negative in there that is why I gave two stars one lady kept giving me a dirty look an attitude when I talk to her

Had an excellent experience. The staff was reasonable and helpful. Exchanged a malfunctioning computer chair with a defect after 6 months, instore credit and help with no hassles despite lacking my original receipt. Reasonable exceptions, decent price for retail office furniture and I couldn't ask for better staff support and friendliness. (which is rare now a days) appreciated and thanks to the staff at this location staples.

For those concerned, the parking lot has changed for customer safety. If you care to know more, the staff will be eager to explain. There is still ample parking space

The parking lot is useless now third time this week stop in like I usually do but no where to park your car so no point in coming back and the fact they make you buy a staples card or have to use a credit card to use the photocopier etc is a bit much when they have employees standing around doing nothing who could just ring it in the till for someone this is definitely unfair for low income users or teenagers.

It took a bit to get some help but they had what I was looking for and once someone was free to help me I was done very quickly.

Went in to have 1 sheet printed and 3 pieces of paper laminated (certificates).

Waited at the print counter for 5 mintues while a employee starred at me from his computer. He did call for help for another employee.which never came.

I started using my phone to figure out how to email what I needed printed to the email they need it sent to and asked him where the printers where.

None of the printers would accept either of my 2 cards as 'payment' and although I had cash on me to pay anyways, getting this guy to do anything wasn't happening.

After waiting another few minutes at the counter to see if I could load one of their cards.and the clerk still basically ignoring me, I left.
