Had a great customer experience. The copy center was very busy and the staff was amazing! The associate that assisted me was super helpful and gave me some great help! I needed to return something to Amazon and asked if I could email the copy center my return shipping labels. The associate suggested I change my return from Canada Post to Purolator as Staples is a drop off for Purolator! He showed me how to do it and it was done in seconds! Super helpful and polite!

This store has been my go-to for all my office and school supply needs. The selection is fantastic, and they always have the latest technology and gadgets in stock. Keerat, in the copy shop, was very professional and went out of her way to be helpful. I had a very short timeline which she met. She was busy but able to multitask successfully.

The older lady working in the print shop needs a serious attitude adjustment. I don’t think she’s suited to be dealing with customers, and the other people in line with me were shocked by her disrespectful behaviour. I won’t return to this location as long as she’s employed

Staff is always welcome there customers. Services are quick and always they are happy to help. Friendly, knowledgeable and nice people work in this location.

Gionjan was wonderful! She is a kind courteous person who went out of her way to make our wedding a special day. Staples is lucky to have her.

Perfect place for photo copying, I had a coded pdf I needed a photo copy from they figured out how to do it I had no clue

Walked into this Staples to ship a package. Little did I know that a personable and great witted individual by the name of Courtney works here. She helped me ship my package and had a great sense of humor to top it off. Great to see employees who are excellent at their job and are down to earth. Made my day for sure!

I placed an order for my Christmas cards (Photos) to be picked up the same day, I went to pick them up the next day and even then they were not ready. I went back the next day because I needed to send my Christmas cards.to my bad luck (Again) they were printed in the wrong size and badly cut. THEY WERE HORRIBLE.here I am ordering my photos from a different provider. Customer service is the worst.

I buy all my tech at staples. If the person you talk to doesn't know the answer to your question, they'll get someone who does to speak to you.

Excellent customer service by every employee I encountered. Not often do you encounter customer service on the level these days.

Went over to staples to print some photos. They were extremely busy, I’m thinking a couple more staff to help out the girls so they’re not running around would probably be helpful to them and provide efficiency for the customers.

They where out of stock of what I was looking for. Had to drive to Sherwood park to get what I wanted or wait who knows how long for shipping

I was in the Spruce Grove location Staples yesterday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful customer service provided (especially in a world where this is not as common anymore) to me by all the staff but want to give a particular shoutout to Cindy and Tyler! I feel they went above and beyond to help me in a timely manner! I went in to purchase an office chair and a few supplies and within minutes Tyler had my chair assembled for me and helped me load into my truck and Cindy was so knowledgeable with the products and warranties it made me feel confident with my purchase! Thank you, will definitely be back!

Plenty of staff ready to help you find items and provide advice on the best options for your needs. Not the cheapest place but you do get what you pay for.

Layne in the tech department got my printer choices narrowed down so quick and I was walking out of there with what I needed in less than 5 minutes! Got my Brother b/w laser printer home and setup and works like a dream, exactly what I needed and it was in stock!

Easy parking and tons of stock.

I was there for the printing and computer stations.

Both worked very well and a arduous job was quickly completed with absolutely no frustration.

A smaller Staples but seems to stock as much as larger stores. Friendly and helpful staff, but they are thin on the ground. If you want help be prepared to go hunting for it.

Had a difficult time finding a clipboard on my own. But the person that I asked for help was able to lead me to their exact location. Great staff.

Needed to print off some things. Many CV easy to use printers with many ways to get ur documents from there are friendly staff to help if u need computers there are some there to use the web get a card from till. They offer printing services as well as office supplies and equipment

Good selection of products. Most of our office supplies are purchased from this location and staff is always helpful.

Adequate parking in area. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. They typically approach the shopper ro see if they need anything. Store seems well laid out and easy to find office products. The store has Express Post and a Fed Ex drop off. Faxing available as well as photo copying. Shredding services are also available.

I've been going to this Staples department during the day on weekdays for the copy and print center and the young man with dark hair that's always there always goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are completely satisfied with their experience there. Very impressed!

Would not recommend you go to the Staples if you can help it staff very rude and unhelpful I purchased a phone here and paid a lot of money for it and it immediately started glitching and mulfunctuoning so bring the receipt and phone back within the next two days had such a difficult time getting a refund barely got a gift card

Staples always a great place to shop for anything from paper to desktop.
Pretty much if you need it for office they have it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can also get passport pictures.

The staff left me alone until they could tell I had no idea where the thing I was looking for was. Then they came to help me. Helpful without being desperate and needy.
