Terrible experience for picking up. A fedex packet. The. Woman in front the pick up desk rude requesting my probe of address that was written on my ID card and still wanted a paper where my address can be seen for her. She simply took away my packet and told I cannot gave because not a paper with the address. Rude person. Was an Indian worker. This was on December 4th at 1: 30 pm.

Although I've visited this store many times, I needed assistance to find a couple of items. Staff were very helpful in assisting. One person even pointed out the sale price on printer paper. Customer service is obviously a major focus in this store.

Management needs to invest in personality for some of the robots that staff this location. Waited for 20 mins at the print centre while I watched one of the staff help another customer without even getting a nod of acknowledgement.

When she was done, I was looked at as if I had just landed from space instead of her asking me what I needed? The customer experience is non-existent, but then again, am I expecting too much these days?

I came to this location to pickup office equipment purchased online. And at the same time pick up some more needed office supplies.

The pick up was quick and easy and the purchase of the supplies was also quick although it could be much quicker if someone have been able to help me locate the needed items.

I found almost all I needed to buy; but all in all the experience was pleasant, very good selection of items at reasonable prices, their supplies were well organized and easy to look for.

I went this staples location to pick up a fedex parcel. The employee named “Patsy” was extremely rude to me. I provided my government ID for the parcel, which she refused to accept as the address did not match. The names matched, and I had all the tracking information as well. She was a massive Karen throughout our entire interaction, very unprofessional.

I went to the staples store # 142.on 6510-Gateway Blvd.to do shopping today. I received excellent customer service from one of your staff members by the name James. He gave me many useful suggestions how to choose my merchandise that I was looking for. I found him to be resourceful, very knowledgeable of the stock in your store and professional. He was very helpful and gave me 2-3 options how to choose the right product. I am grateful for his customer service, I want to thank James' supervisors, managers for training him well and helping him to be one of your hardworking staff members. James is an asset to your store. Wishing the management and James the best in 2022. Absolutely horrific service. Ordered a monitor on the 26th of December. Received an email on the 31st saying my order was "partially at the store" (idk how you can partially ship one monitor) & that I'd receive an email when the order arrives.
January 5th I call to try and talk to someone. Get a call center agent who tells me the order won't be there until the 12th.
Today I receive an email from Staples asking me to review the monitor I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED.
Once again I try to call the store, only get sent to the online Call Center. The woman there is extremely helpful & tells me the order has been sitting at the store SINCE THE 31st. I ask for a way to contact the ACTUAL store, not the call center, and she gives me an extension.
I try the extension. No answer. I try the extension FIVE TIMES and it stops ringing, someone is clearly cancelling the call. Now when I call it tells me they have technical issues & just hang up the phone.

I wanted to support a local franchise that's having a tough time during the pandemic, and I wanted it to ship to the store so I didn't have to worry about my monitor getting stolen or possibly damaged.
This is the worst service I've ever experienced.
I AM NEVER ORDERING FROM STAPLES AGAIN. I'm out $200 and have no idea if my monitor is even there.

Staples Gateway blvd has very nice staff. They take time to help, either in phone or instore. They helped me get my warranty on my item. Other stores i noticed only helped when customers buy. I give 5 stars to the staff…. Way nicer than the staples close to home. I dont mind driving here to buy my kids school supplies. Christian and karam i think are the names of the staff who are helpful and knows their job very well

Quite frustrating. Advertise a laptop that you dont have instock, dont have on order and cant get? Even though it says you have it instock on website at your location? I think thats actually legally wrong. Salesperson tried to be helpful but couldnt get it done. I offered to buy the demo for full price, still couldnt get a laptop.

Great location for office and printing needs. Employees were friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. Printing was cheap and easy to do on their printers. Will be going back when I need to print more.

From my experience, I want to say that the staff members at this store are problem-solvers! They could’ve given me a “yes/no” answer to my questions, but instead, they go above and beyond to provide me options which helped me to solve a problem. Much appreciated your patience and assistance! I will visit this store again!

Wouldn't help show me how to scan and said there was a 3 doller charge for her to do it. Do not go here as lady was rude and didn't wanna help sadly.
Any other staples has always helped free of charge and was nice in doing so.

Tried to get my photos printed herr, got no support and no help when I communicated to staff members that the machine was broken and it took the photos booth staff multiples times to print of one simple photo for me. Never coming here again.

I phoned yesterday to see if they could fix something on my computer, the person that answered the phone said that he could do it in about 25 minutes, so I bring it in, and these 2 knuckleheads said that they couldn't do it, because they had other computers to fix, so why were they on the floor, then? They wanted to do a full diagnostic first when it didn't need that. They didn't even put my computer back in the box properly. I wish they closed this Staples down instead of the one on Calgary Trail.

Sales associate named Christian was so helpful.
He knows the shop so well and is so enthusiastic about his job.
Eager to help.
I asked him about few products and he actually walked with me down to every aisle and find me items.
Such amplifies should be recognized and appreciated.

Lawson is the man! We had an AWESOME shopping experience after having a very sour one at the south common location. We decided to spend our money where we were treated as friends. He is super super knowledgeable. Knows products like the back of his hand. Provides service in a happy upbeat way. Made our day!

She doesn’t know how can print the photo file on the glossy Paper and she makes me push to take a new photo! Paid again and the price is so high with terrible quality!
I did there cause of COVID-19 I didn’t have a chance to do any other location!
Extremely recommend go COSTCO for taking photo! Price and quality is amazing than staple! Not comparable!

Even though it is a hard time for everyone these days the personnel should be more knowledgeable and experienced to give customer correct answer.
When I asked for the product availability and showed them that piece instead of helping out or at least trying to find out from the system they asked me for SKU#. That is ridiculous!

This is the Staples I most frequently visit. I have to say I almost always feel disappointed with the customer service here. I never have any trouble with the cashiers, they are always good to go. It's the sales department. Every time I go in, I always have to find them to approach them. They are congregated at the front of the store in groups of 2-3. When I do find them, they always find a way to condescend me, which is unappreciated. I typically am spending around $200 every time I walk down one of those isles. I cannot figure out why these reps wouldn't be jumping to help. I would love to see their service improve, at least reviewed by management.

Spent 30 min waiting to buy (decision made) a $1300 laptop. Just need someone to help me choose the color and check stock. One of the associates circled 3 times and told me that he will get someone to help me. No one showed up, and he also disappeared. Leaving now to Best buy.

The staff, Joseph, Izzy and Patsy has been very helpful and patience with me. To get copies of my cellphone. So glad they know exactly what to do. I really appreciate their help.
