Please don’t offer your “same-day order” on holidays if you guys can’t commit to it. I’ve been waiting for my “same-day” order that i need today for three days now. Tried to contact the printing department but there was no answer.
Not impressed at all with their service went to the store to pickup my order. I asked a lady to help me with an online order she was super rude to me and i came to know she is one of the manager. Then she asked someone to bring my order and he brought me the broken box of shredder had my name on it. I informed at the same time this is not my order i order luggage. They said they can not do anything because this is staple. Ca order not in store i have to go on live chat and ask for supplementary product. Guess what i went on the live chat getting no help.
I'm giving this Staples 5 stars. Because the lady in the office department was amazing Thank you so much for helping me and being patient. I recommend coming here very early in the morning.
The lady who was helping me accomplish what I needed didn’t have a clue, it wasn’t busy, maybe she was new, I don’t know but it wasn’t a positive experience
Spent 500 on a drawing tablet that died in two weeks for no reason. Store did nothing to help. Manufacturers take forever to replace. I use it to work. I won't buy technology here again.
Very busy with back to school shoppers! Only thing I found wrong with the store is the lack of variety when it came to backpacks and lunch kits. My kids were bumbed to get plain black other than that they had all of the notebooks, binders and folders my kids needed so that was great!
I always shop here and many in store sales. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable most times. This time I purchased a web cam that expects me to purchase the services I need AFTER downloading installation.

Called in to check if they could take a passport photo for a 6 month old. The girl on the phone told me that Staples doesn't do passport photos for babies. Checked the website it says, staples does do passport photos for babies. Called couple of other staples and confirmed that in fact they do take passport photos for children, but this location decides not to. Will go to a different Staples.
Worst place for international shipping. The bunch of women, who doesn't have any idea what they suppose to do. They just don't know what they can ship or cannot. Utter waste of time trying to ship something through this place. I would never visit this place for shipping again. There should be an option to give negative/minus starts for time wasting and not for any good staff in this place.
Asking for a bag is breaking rule here? Cashier staff was like why you are asking for a bag for just a bag of 500 printing paper sheets and stared like I asked for free money. I mean is this a behavior to be shown while asking for something necessary?
Horrible service from management. My mother had had issues with the new laptop she bought since day one. They were unwilling to even help her. They didn't even look at the laptop, just said they couldn't help her even though she had a full warranty. Had to go to a different location to get it resolved because the tech mananger didn't want to do his job. Staples South Common.
Zero help, no return allowed without the box. Bought a cheap keyboard, tried to return without the box, the keyboard doesn't have a way to leave the function keys active all the time, (what keyboard doesn't have that?) no mention of this on the box or by the sales person who helped me. When I called back after purchasing/discovering, first they don't answer their phone until the 4 try, and then I do get through and the "top manager" Mohiv, was rude and has poor service skills. His only resolution was to tell me sorry, can't do anything. Had to tell him what good service looks like and that he lost my 2nd sale because of his poor skills to resolve my problem.
I needed help with the photocopy machine and was told someone would be right with me to help. I waited 20 mins. And still no help. Another Customer helped me. Customer Service needs improvement.
One of the worst locations I've visited minus the very kind older lady working the till. Everyone else was rude and almost like i was bothering them when asking to show me something. I spent a lot of money there yesterday and was blown away by the service I will now drive the distance to gateway.
Hi the lady work on the printer section, please wear your mask when you talk to customers. If u dont like your job, please dont be rude to the customers.
The service at the copy and printing at this location in South Common is terrible. Why should I wait an hour for printing ONE page on a special paper, when I am willing to pay for the express service, there are no other customers in line, and the special paper is three steps away on the counter? I will take my business elsewhere, thanks.
Called here for 20 minutes at 11: 30am on a Thursday about my pickup order and no one was answering the phones. I highly doubt it was the result of them being busy and judging from other reviews it’s just a lack of competent staff.
It was ok. Didn't have the things I Was Looking For. NOT One Staff Member Asked Of We Needed Any Help. I Think Staples Made A Mistake and Closed The Wrong Staples Location. They Should Have Kept 4122 Calgary Trail Location Open and Close This One. At Least At the Location, The Staff Would Come And Help Look For Stuff, or Ask If You Need Any Help. This Location They Will Not Help You Unless You Chase Them Down.
The customer service in the print department seems to decrease every time I go in. Since putting in a service fee for online orders to be picked up in store I’ve encountered numerous mistakes with my orders. I decided today, because I only had a few colour pages to print to do it at the self serve around 4: 30pm. Myself and a other couple both stood at the machines for at least 10 minutes waiting for our email confirmations. When I finally went to ask one of the employees she informed us the print from email system had been down this the morning. I politely suggested they could at least put a sign up. She did apologize and informed me I could use their computer but it was. 30 cents a minute and the prints were $1.00 instead of. 47 cents. It just gets more frustrating every time I go in and I will be looking for an alternative.
FOUND Most Of What I Needed. Disappointed Because I Was Looking For Colored Lined Hole Punched Paper. NEVER found it At All No Matter How Much I Looked. NO Staff Ever Approached M To Ask If I Needed Help. That Really Disappointed Me. The Staples That Was On Calgary Trail Near Burger King And Sleep Country Would ALWAYS Ask If We Needed Help. MAYBE They Should Have Hired Those staff To Work At This Staples, Instead Of Staff That Are working There
Don't like going to staples, their print center sucks. The printer is poor quality and costs too much what what you are getting. The staff are slow and rude.
This weekend they had a sign that says 'vaccination card lamination machines' and pointed towards a new lamination station. I asked if the vaccine lamination was free, and the lady laughed at me and said 'uh no, why would it be? ' Because it would be a nice promotion to do lady.
Staples south common: The staff and manager are rude. I like going to staples but i go to other branches even if this location is more convenient. 2 experiences were bad. They don’t help and no willingness to help.
One of worst staples been too no doubt Amazon is going to crush them.returned like 8-10 duo tangs (wrong ones from the same location but lost receipt). Was refunded 10 cents.serious refund with a look from Manager that he is doing a great favor.if not for trees would have given him shot.avoid if possible
I came to Staples to print out stamp to put on my Amazon returning box. I printed out two papers and used that computer for 3 minutes at most. I just found out they charged me 25$ on my Mastercard. I'll go to store tomorrow to ask them what cost that much for printing.
Sorry to say, but I don’t wanna give them even one star. I went there to print my docs, there was something wrong with their printer system. They deducted payment but I didn’t get my print out. When I talked to them and they said for showing transaction. I showed them. After that, they said to me for talking with someone else. Worst service I have ever seen with staples. Totally wastage of time with this staple.
DO NOT COME HERE. The management does not care about COVID or anything. They let customers to shop without mask and don't care about sick people and employees.
Never going to staples ever again. Costed me 50 bucks to print out 40 pages from website. Each page literally took 1 minute to print it was the slowest printer I've ever seen, and I couldn't log out until the printing was done at $0.30 a minute. One lady at in the printer area just walked away from me and didn't want to help, and the other wouldn't help me out to try and cancel this print job or anything.
Asked 5 times if I needed help had the security guard walk behind me just because I was looking for signs for my business and I was talking my time. Rushed out guess what will shop online but not at staples.
I went week ago. I wanted to print something. There was solid covid policy which is very good. Everyone was wearing mask.good for people. There was line but it took 5 minutes to get there to printer. There was employee who was helping people.
Worst store ever. My wife bought a headphones on September 28th. But headphones was not working at all. So my wife went back to Staples to refund it. Worker said open one is not available refund even though it is not working. So my wife come back to home. But i could not believe it. You sold broken product. So i went Staples again and i explained but worker said you have to phone manufacturer to complain.

When there for back to school shopping and not gonna lie the price is expensive for but I guess their good quality and not all are that expensive if they're on sale.
This staples location has the best staff. I always come here whenever I need anything printed and the girls in the printing section are amazing. I always get courteous and quick service!
Do not go here! If you buy something and rip the package to get open then have to return it the manager here will not accept it. Yet when you call and talk to the corporate office they ask you to send it to the COD and they are completely apologized for that rude manager
The copy & print centre team got no customer service skills or helping attitude, we wanted few laminations to be done and believe me it's better to buy a laminating machine and do it yourself then visiting this staples copy & print centre team. The girl who took the order we thought understood what we asked but that was not the case, the other girl and guy who helped while we were there to pick up the order were not interested if we are happy with what we got or not, they were happy that the order was paid for and didn't care of what the ridiculous experience we had to witness. We expressed our concern about the order not being done right but the answer we got was "I overheard you guys when you were giving the order and this is how its done" thank you so much Hina for making us realise that we don't know how to place an order, well that was enough I could take so we just left unhappy and frustrated. Never ever coming back here again.

Two employees in the print department. One is on his phone and the other one can't be bothered. The indian girl was absolutely horrible to deal with. Honestly, I think she was on the phone just so I could not ask for her help and when i did she had so much attitude.
I would like to review my encounter today with the staff member at Staple store at South common location. Mohammed Khan is a well- knowledge employee at that store. His customer service is excellent at computer department. He was able to clarify all my doubts. I strongly recommende him for an excellent performance.
Curbside pickup? Not likely. After trying to call for quite some time, we had to go in the store anyway. Totally defeated the purpose. Should have used Amazon.
We were in the store to buy school supplies and there were only 1 red pencil packet in aisle. We asked for red pencils to employee SANDEEP and he rudely said that whatever is in the stock is in the aisle. We were disappointed with his answer and hence asked another employee. She brought more pencils from the back and restocked the aisle. If the second employee would have not helped us we might had to drive to different location. Thanks to her! But very disappointed with the first service we got bu Sandeep.
The copy and print centre has very patient staff. Each time I visit, they are always more than happy to help me out with my printing and laminating. I have never had an issue with the service or the quality of my end product. I highly recommend this Staples to anyone who wants professional print services done for them.
This Staples location has a very good selection of products. Also love that they weren't pushy like some other places ie.trying to make me spend as much money as possible. Very good experience
Returned a laptop here that was shipped to me directly. Manager had no power or desire to help in any way other than returning the laptop. Staples seems to have gone down hill a fair bit. Did they experience a corporate shift? Seems like it. Is customer service and repeat business now a second priority for them?
Great place to walk into and find many alternatives for your need. Cashiers are very friendly and above all lots of counters to check out. Which makes it easier.
Had an emergency requirement for a printing job. Not only was is produced on time & professionnely but when a last minute re- print was needed, it was done with a smile. Thank you so much for all of your work.
The manager was very disrespectful and refused to write down. I felt oppressed and frustrated cuz he forced me to read his lips. I do not understand what he said. I tried to ask him to write down and he won’t. Other staff was give up easily and contacted manager. They didn’t know what to do with deaf person.
