Star Lotus Games

At Star Lotus Games in Edmonton, I consistently find the exact cards I need. It's almost magical how, when I'm just one card short, they always have it in stock – and, naturally, I end up leaving with more. The staff is incredibly polite and welcoming. Although I haven't had the chance to play there yet, engaging conversations with the team have been nothing short of awesome. They respond promptly when I inquire about card availability through texts. All in all, my experience at the store has been exceptional, and I'm looking forward to playing there in the future.

Nice little place with plenty of mtg stock with friendly staff. Only real issue is finding parking but can't really fault that because it's downtown.

Are you new to Magic? Don't know what deck to get? Do you know Olivander's Wands? From Harry Potter? That's this store: boxes and boxes of mystery, neat cards everywhere and, most importantly of all, a quirky, charming, knowlegeble owner who will help you find the deck that was meant for you. Ask for Brendan, no other store in the city can do what he can do, especially if you're new.

They force you to wear a mask. Even though I can't. Please don't support this business they non-inclusive.

Best store in the city for MTG. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they have a great stock of cards if you want to buy singles or sealed products.

Lovely staff. Store is clean. It's a Magic store so has loads of singles and sealed product. Not for board games, really.

Very friendly woke staff with mask policy and if you care about you're collectables it really adds the white glove of futurist but minimalistic sharp active areas and a wide display selection. I didn't feel comfortable taking a picture because of art type things that some may not want to share for free.

The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and can give great advice. They're Excellent at pulling lists, It helps to know what you're looking for but even if you aren't too sure, their knowledge and experience will help you get there. No sign helps keep the crazies away while the events are fun experiences.
If you're an MTG enthusiast then this is a store for you!

Denied service if you dont wear a mask. Also they have no clear store signs so its rather difficult to find.

Nice little card shop lots to choose from. Just ask and they'll find it if it's there.

Went in as an absolute newbie to purchase a gift and not only did they have a huge and amazing selection; the staff were super friendly, knowledge and helpful! I can't wait to go again!

I've been in a few times for singles, went to draft tonighy. Staff are always helpful, knowledgeable & welcoming. Crew there for draft & legacy seem to be there to have fun, couldn't ask for a better place to play magic:)

For geeks. They have a place people can sit and play Pokemon or Magic the Gathering (I think), as well as they buy some cards from people as well as selling them.

My buddy and I Come here whenever we can and only buy from them directly. There has only been a few cards here and they they don't carry/sold out when asked in dozens if not hundreds of card singles bought. Very kind and welcoming to all. If you are looking for a game store to play at with friends I hope to see you there.
