Starbucks

I said I wanted to use my points for my drinks and they seemed annoyed but then said it was fine, when I looked at my account they used the money I had preloaded and 200 of my points so I paid over $10 for one drink.

I'd love to give a 5 stars. Visiting family and doing my business in Red deer and I stopped at that location on both Saturday and Sunday evenings. The Saturday team from September 9 was just amazing. 5 stars to them. The best of the best.
But on Sunday evening September 10, the team was completely different. No enthusiasm in serving. Very cold and rude. One lady there was beyond rude.
Hope this is addressed.

The employee was nice but overall the drinks were bad. They watered down my strawberry acai refresher so much it was almost flavourless. When i asked for 6 pumps of raspberry and the drive thru operater confirmed the 6 pumps they only put one. We also asked for ventis and they put it through the till as venti's but gave us grandre's.

Best experience ever. Went through the drive though and had the best service ever, really made my day. I always come back to this location whenever I want to order something from Starbucks.

I've received good customer service from employees at this location and I would like to thank you for that. There are some crazy personalities here and they wont ruin the experience for me. Management is not one of them!

The people with attitude and hatred toward others this review is for you. Bad experiences are remembered. Lack of integrity, come on its just coffee! You guys take it out on the customers because your so dissatisfied with your jobs and there's probably good reasons for that and I am sorry but if im going to watch you purposely make my drink tainted while paying absurd prices then ^&* (you.

Attitude and sub par quality consistently at this location.

Check your coffees before leaving the drive thru. They like to charge you for a venti but only fill it to a grande

I love this Starbucks! It is my #1 choice in red deer. The staff are always friendly and drinks are delicious and consistent. Shout out to Caden for his great interaction, nice chat and recommendation of the iced white mocha!

My favorite Starbucks of Red Deer. Once in a blue moon when I go there it's always over $10 for a drink and cake pop but they have always served my correct order and are friendly.

Pretty bad experience today. No greeting, I ordered from the app inside the place, waited for 10 minutes sat in front of the pick up counter, I was the only customer inside, when I asked about my order, that had it ready a while ago but no one called my name. The whipped cream on top of the mocha was collapsed and almost completely gone inside the coffee, looked really bad and obviously wasn't as hot as expected, I wish I'd take a picture. I left the beverage on the table for another 10 minutes, I'm still the only customer and no one bother to come and check why I wasn't drinking my coffee. Anyway, the coffee had a very bitter aftertaste so I returned when leaving. I love Starbucks but this one was like a green, expensive Tim Hortons

Unfortunately the price of your drinks has gone up and the quality has gone way down. I am more disappointed than not when i get up the nerve to spend $8+ And the drink is made wrong more often than not. A drink right off of their menu, no extras, no substitutions and still it’s made wrong or poorly. I preferred your product over the other coffee shops/chains but I can’t justify spending so much money for an inconsistent product. I wish it were as easy as visiting another Starbucks in the city but unfortunately they’ve all gone down hill here.

Typical starbullocks. Their coffee tastes like toilet water so I decided to go for a lot a thinking perhaps that would be a little better.but nope.they did not disappoint with their subpar quality.

Just a shout out to Linda! Most friendly and amazing lady makes my night when I see her:) I order the iced white mocha and she knows exactly what I like before I even have to say it. Excellent service and always making us smile.

My favourite coffee shop, you really can’t leave there in any mood other then cheerful and positive. LOVE LOVE IT

I Just wanna make a comment on how the staff at this Starbucks are Awesome! To make a long story short I was having a very rough and stressful day today (Oct. 1st) and I went in the drive thru before I was gonna head home. First the lady at the intercom was very friendly and acted more like she was trying to welcome me not in the standard "Hello welcome to Starbucks how can I help you. " Way, I just told her its been a very rough day for me and I just wanted my Chai Tea Latte. When I went to the window to pay with my card she simply handed me the drink and told me it was on the house cause of me having a really rough day. That does not happen to me and that was a very happy surprise. Cause of that it made me feel calm and happy after my day and I appreciate that. Anyways thank you again crew and you will be seeing me again!

The staff here are always so amazing and friendly. Always smiling and asking how we are today at the drive thru. Never have had a wrong order either.

Ordered thru Uber Eats, forgot the extras I was charged for, as well as my straw. Otherwise, usually great service.

Great service and staff, except for the one worker (that wasn't helping me) that asked the male barista to talk in his man voice. Super inappropriate and he expressed this to her.

This Starbucks in Camrose is the best one I’ve ever been too. The staff is always friendly and they have always given us the best service.

I came in to enjoy a coffee while I study as I normally do and all I heard was LOUD SINGING. Random lyrics, belted as loud as possible. Very annoying, ruined the experience will not be back after this

Went in for my favorite drink and noticed a new seasonal one on the board. When I asked the employee behind the counter about it she gave me the impression that she did not want to do anything more than take my order. Like, "I'm not here to answer questions"! Her attitude was not friendly at all, in fact she was condescending when she barely answered my 2 questions. Made me feel uncomfortable. Really unprofessional customer service.

I have been drink Starbucks for years and every time I got to this store they make the drinks wrong. They always put foam even when I order absolutely no foam they still do.other stores can get it right but not this one.

Went for a treat my self drink after work today and I am over the moon with the customer service Linda helped me out in the drive thru as I dont get Starbucks very often and she was amazing! Nicest lady I've ever met at a Starbucks or just about any retail job! I will definitely be going back! Thank you again Linda!

Used to go here a lot in the old days. Don't go anymore because Starbucks is a very virtuous place. And they take themselves pretty seriously. But I suppose if you like your coffee overpriced and burnt then it might be a good place for you.

Worst starbucks experience ever! We asked for light ice but got almost full iced.we told them about it and the lady was very nasty, rude and impolite.she said there is almost no difference between regular ice and light one.and not even sorry about it.

Good service as usual. Upsetting that a place that sells drinks does not allow you to use the restroom. I have been to other locations and the bathrooms were open to the public. Not great when you have a kid who has a drink and needs to use the washroom. Not impressed. Otherwise good as always.

I went in the other day to pick up my online order and I came in and stood in front of two barista's and neither one of them said a word. I understand they were busy but when I'm paying an arm and a leg I at the very least expect a hello. I guess my regular store in Clearview has spoiled me. In the future I will go out of my way not to go there.

Standard Starbucks coffee, but get your payment machines fixed. Twice in two days I have been accused of my payment not going through after it approved, and have almost been double charged on transactions.

Their egg and cheese protein boxes accompanied with the Golden Ginger drink is to die for. What a combination. It compliments eachother perfectly. Always my favourite bucks to hit. Thanks guys!

Reliably good coffee. It is possible to find better places, but Starbucks is always a safe bet for good coffee at a reasonable price.

My order was incorrect. Ordered a skinny london fog with sugar free vanilla and got no vanilla. They added vanilla after I asked and stated it was a misunderstanding but flavor just wasn't good

Great caramel frappuccino. Wonderful place to get a drink, although it might just be a little over priced.

Bought a coffee and looked for a health snack. All snacks under 200 calories were sold out only high calories snacks were left.

I was very disappointed that such a woman dominated establishment would hire a man who is known for his abuse towards women. Will not be back to this location.

Oddly enough, I had never been a fan of their coffee. However, frappes and lattes are another matter!
