This location is great for it's quiet and relaxing atmosphere.the food and drinks are prepared quickly with an interesting variety.the staff were all helpful and attentive as well.i would only say sometimes the seating area can be a bit messy but otherwise, a great place to relax

I come here every single morning and it has always been quick, lovely and a pleasant experience. They have recently had some staff changes and in the last month or so it has just not been the same.

This Starbucks is out of my way to work to get to in the morning but I still come here for the service that I was getting. I will need to find a new location I guess. /:

Always the best service here, good food too. Sometimes they are out of items later in the day but have good alternatives.

Visited before sunrise/morning rush, and one of the baristas made friendly conversation and actually attempted customer relations building via the drive thru window.

I buy my coffee here often, asked for my drink to be made proper after it came out wrong the lady was nice about it but made it wrong again on purpose.whats the point of asking it not to be mixed of your going to mix it anyway.dont be a barista id your not going to be a barista.

Fatimah was helping me in the drive through and my god, this girl literally brightened up my whole day. She is just the sweetest, kindest human I’ve ever encountered working in the service industry. Someone give this girl a raise.

As much as I like supporting small businesses…there are always exceptions. One being that this Starbucks has always been consistent in their great service and consistency with the quality of lattes they make. Kudos for Starbucks.

Nice and clean Starbucks location, and in a convenient location too. The staff have always been extremely friendly every time I've been here. The bathrooms are locked and require talking to a staff member to open them which is inconvenient, and one visit we were redirected to use the Superstore across the parking lot after ordering our drinks. The drinks and service were totally up to the usual Starbucks standard, but it was a weird situation regardless.

We ordered inside they had air conditioning but the music was a bit too loud even though there was only a few people sitting inside it sounded like a stadium full so we sat outside at the tables which had no shade but it was the drink we ordered was great it was my first time there

I visit this location frequently because its close to work. Service is always efficient and quick especially through the drive thru. Never once have I been disappointed with the service. Drinks always taste good and staff are always kind and friendly!

Purchased drinks @ drive thru. Barista was friendly & our drinks were made correctly. Convenient location.

Hello, I ordered 2 hot drinks and 3 cold drinks today in the morning, the young guy who served me was very rude and lazy to help me. He first gave me the 2 hot drinks and I asked him for a tray.he said we didnt have any trays then proceeded to walk away.he came back with my other 3 drinks. I then asked him for a bag to carry all my drinks but he also said we didnt have it.how does he expect me to carry all my drinks in the car.luckily I had somebody else give me a bag to carry all my drinks.anywahs I always order from this location, all the staff is very friendly except for the young guy today.

We were those jerks who showed up 10 minutes before closing ‍️ workers were still super nice and we got out drinks sooo fast! Great customer service. Super sweet girls! Made my sons night they both got their mint hot chocolates.

I always know when Elizabeth is working in the morning as the line up is short and moves quickly. She’s seems to have everyone’s drink memorized and takes the time to be pleasant. Happy to come here as part of my morning routine.

Elizabeth is absolutely amazing always remembers our drinks and is friendly and happy no matter what time of day it is.truly a great experience every time i get my coffee in the morning!

Staff is very friendly, but besides Elizabeth the rest of the staff needs to read drink orders properly, if Elizabeth is not there we never get our drinks made correctly. Elizabeth is amazing and super friendly

Customer service was terrible! I am an avid starbucks fan and drink 1-2 venti americanos per day, thats a mimimum of $4.80 each time which really adds up in one month.
When I would typically go through the drive through, I recite that I would like a venti americano, 6 pumps sugar free vanilla and heavy cream (the usual comes with 5 pumps).
Due to testing positive of covid, I decided to order off uber eats. Despite my bill coming to $12.88 for 1 coffee, I was desperate. I ordered as I normally would and in the option to add, I asked for an additional pump of sugar free vanilla. It was apparent that I would have to pay the additional $0.60 for the added pump. No biggie.
Tge uber driver was great! Got my order in a timely fashion sooner than I expected.
However, when I looked at the label of what the order should have been, they only put 1 pump total of the sugar free vanilla. I was disappointed but I figured it was a simple mistake and I would just call the store and they would correct it without any issues.
THAT WAS NOT THE CASE!
Fast forward to calling them.they answered on the first ring, told me to call back and hung up on me. It took me over an hour to finally get ghrough again only for them to tell me there was nothing they could do unless I went there. Pardon me? Did they not take into accord that I just told them I was in quarantine from testing positive for covid? My frustration grew as she was not willing to work with rectifying the situation. After 5 minutes going back and forth with her, she took my name and number to call me back. Its now been another hour and still nothing. Im pretty sure she did this just to shut me up and has zero intention on following through.

I will never support the Sunridge Starbucks again!

Elizabeth is unreal awesome! She has actually memorized every regular’s drink order. Plus she’s super friendly!

This place is awesome. Quick and friendly customer service and my beverage is always just the way I like it. This is my go-to coffee stop!

I go there in the mornings before work, and its always been very friendly and excellent service. Lately there has been a lovely lady named elizabeth. And she makes the trips worth it every morning. Always cheerful and friendly and just amazing. Always puts a smile on my face when i leave.

This woman that works there, named Karina, not sure how to spell it, is so rude! Never going back there again. I had the membership card and new to this. Ordered some things, my friend paid, and I asked her if I get the points, she said it’s too late now since the payment went through. I asked her, why she didn’t ask me for my card, and she told me, you’re supposed to know this, with so much attitude. And was giving me dirty looks. Never going back there again! Rude! Don’t go there people, unless you want to be talked down to, while you’re paying her wage! Any other Starbucks but that one. Despicable! But if you want dirty looks and attitude towards you, that’s the place to go! Never ever going there again!

Best cappuccino place, if you are Australian, Starbucks make coffee like any coffee shops in Australia

Always open later compared to the other starbucks in the area. Many of those have closed down completely due to COVID - that being said i gave it a 4 star because their merchandise in the store (mugs/cups/ground coffe) is pretty slim/Weak/Sad. So my suggestion since its such a large store.add more selection pls.

My 18 year old Son and I went through the drive through. We ordered two Mango and Dragon tea refreshers with Lemonade. The drinks are so delicious and a perfect thirst quencher. I would recommend these highly addictive drinks. We also had chocolate and caramel covered pretzel sticks. AMAZING! We get them everytime we are at Starbucks. Twice in the last week. The young man at the drive through window was super friendly and easy to understand to place our order. He was quick with our order once we got to the window. I would highly recommend Starbucks in general, especially this location. We will be back probably within the week for more refreshers.

The location is everything here! It’s in Sunridge mall plaza, which is beautiful and right by the streetcar tracks.

They have a drive thru, and walk in service for mobile order pickup, plus counter service. Our order was fast and as expected.

Wall art was standard for Starbucks.

I love starbucks but today I ordered caramel frap, but it doesn't taste good compared to other locations. East hills and northgate is one best barista.

Try some new drinks from Starbucks! You will not be disappointed. We got salted caramel mocha hot or chilled and one named " pink drink" if you like sweet. Your welcome!

Honestly my favorite Starbucks. I always go here because the staff our just lovely, Jessika /Jessica with the purple hair is always the person I see and is always super happy in the morning and asks about my morning then asks for my order.
Just amazing customer service all the time.
