Starbucks

Was excited to enjoy a Starbucks drink over a Tim Hortons drink but idk, the younger girls working today really made this horrible chai, it tasted like water with sweetener, and the cold foam wasn’t even thick enough to enjoy and not to mention the child who spilt their drink which splashed on my white sweats & didn’t even bother to apologize, she was also old enough & had her mother with her as well.

We were there on a busy Saturday and that is understandable. The drink my son ordered ended up tasting like ice. The lovely young lady apologized and said she would remake it. The older lady asked her why they needed to make a new one and got pissy about it. My drink was great. They did not even acknowledge my son when it was ready, a random person told him it was ready. If my expensive drink does not taste good, I am getting a new one! Thanks! Get rid of the older employee!

I love the Frappuccinos I love them so much I will drink them all winter too. Plus the oat bar I love them too.

I often grab a coffee after I'm done grocery shopping at the Sobeys. Jolene is a standout. She's been working at this location for as long as I've been stopping in, and she is consistently prompt and exudes such warmth and friendliness when interacting with customers. She takes the time to ask her customers how they are while she's prepping drinks. I always order the same thing and it's consistently made.

This is a starbucks in a Sobey’s. The picture looks like a stand alone starbucks. I drove to this location so I can sit comfortably. Waste of my time. There’s nothing that identifies ur Starbucks as inside a grocery.

If you like a good coffee this is NOT the Starbucks for you. Coffee has been horrible every time I’ve been there.

I don't know if we just had a good day but the staff where absolutely lovely! I can be a grumpy goose before my coffee and they where so warm and made the drinks to perfection! Thanks ladies

Save yourself some time and go to a real Starbucks where they make the drinks right.
How hard is it to follow a recipe?

I am treating myself with this coffee occasionally. Half sweet (if need it) is perfect for me. Selection of muffins or sandwiches is just great. If you have the starbucks app, you could collect points, you might choose a free coffee and they give a complimentary coffee for your bday.

Terribly slow. Anytime I have gone there it's one person working. They don't seemed to be trained very well since they take ages to make any drink. Even poor a medium roast coffee! Better off to go to the Good Earth in the same complex.

Appreciate the baristas today giving me my drink for free on my birthday despite not accepting the rewards at this location. Thanks again guys, great service.

Pretty nice set up in here. They were friendly and welcoming but you couldn’t use the washroom. They didn’t have hand sanitizer when you walked in but nonetheless a good overall experience.

Last time I went, the service was super poor. I ordered a Peach Tranquility tea and it took AGES to make. They also don't accept gift cards

Very frustrating customer service. Wanted to order a drink tonight and associate was busy doing something, even there was no customers at all, expect me and she didn't even approach me. I stood there couple minutes, she looked at me and not saying anything kept doing what was she doing and still no response or reaction! I just left.
