If I could give 10 stars I would!

Fletch deserves a raise! I was greeted so kindly at the window by Fletch, they gave me a lovely compliment that made my entire day, they even stayed and chatted with me until my drinks were ready. I left with a giant smile on my face.
10/10 customer service!

I wish I had a five-star review for this place but unfortunately I can't give them one if you are in a rush do not go to this location. I'm going to be late for work because I should have been here 30 minutes before my shift if I wanted something to eat or drink I pulled out of the drive-thru thinking that would be faster only to sit inside while I watch two people do nothing while everybody else is waiting I get my order and because I asked for light eyes they are now charging extra to put something else in the cup to make it full supet confusing. I am literally at Starbucks three times a day and spend well over $50 a day on Starbucks and customer service has always been amazing so it's kind of disappointing

I was quite pleased with the Starbucks in Currents, it was one of the best Starbucks that I went to since the ambiance was quite nice. In addition to that, the customer service and staff were were friendly. There were also multiple places to sit or even plug your laptop in order to work. I would highly recommend this Starbucks and would definitely come again!

They will give you a lot of attitude and then give you a machine with tip options. They only recently started to ask for tip as well just to act like taking my order is an inconvenience to them and ended up getting my order wrong too:/

My service was fantastic, coffee was great. But this sandwich for $7.75.extremely disappointing:/

One piece thin piece of folded over turkey on one side of the sandwich this is not enough to call a lunch sandwich.

I had a beautiful experience at this Starbucks today! Grace & Hannah were delightful, and even made me a special drink! Will definitely be back ️

I went to the drive-thru and was given a cup where the lid popped off during handoff. The barista took it back, put the lid on again, and it popped off and spilled in my car. I parked and went inside, and was not acknowledged for awhile, with one barista talking casually to a coworker while clearly I am trying to make eye contact with someone for assistance. After being approached, I explained what happened and was able to get a new cup, however, no empathy or apology was given. I think this location needs more workers, and better corporate training on how to deal with safety hazards like giving a hot liquid to a customer when the lid does not stay on (such as inspecting the cup, which in this case appeared damaged).

Ordered two paninis. Neither were heated up. Sandwich was taken out of the bag and served raw. The employee said due to the 15 min drive thru wait the paninis had cooled off. Advised the cheese wasn’t even melted and showed them. All they did was take the ones from us back into their store thru drive thru and into warming ovens. No compensation for the inconvenience.

Extremely slow service. This place doesn't qualify for drive thru at all. I waited 11 mins in drive thru to get 2 drinks. Extremely disappointed. I will never be back on this location.

Weird vibes whenever I go here… everyone at the drive thru seems absolutely miserable and I leave feeling like I did something wrong lol. It used to be my favourite Starbucks about a year ago.

Ordered a cappuccino and received scalding milk with no foam or coffee and a triple latte that had no identifiable amount of coffee in it?
Sorry Starbucks - poor in store and out of store experience for the consumer. No value for the money and an undrinkable $15.

I usually love this Starbucks but recently I was told to come in to the store if I’m ordering iced London fog and she said it rudely…. I know it takes 5 minutes but other stores just tell me to park and they’ll bring it out lol all drive thru’s do that no?

The vibe of this store and the morale of the staff has gone down drastically in the last year. It used to be the best part of my day. Everyone used to be genuinely friendly and happy to see you. Now everyone looks sad and no one says hi. From what I’ve heard it’s being caused by a change in management.

Rude staff. Basically had my drink thrown at me this morning, got coffee all over the inside of my car and a smirk afterwards. Thanks guys appreciate it!

Great location and great people. BUT small latte with four shots of espresso should NOT taste like milky drink. Complained about it but every time drink is not good: (

DO NOT GO HERE! I was running in the neighbourhood with my 30 lb labradoodle (hypoallergenic/nonshedding), when I suddenly felt quite ill. I thought I would try my local Starbucks for a restroom, as I purchase coffee here regularly. I was told in the past, "Starbucks always lets you use their restrooms. " I normally don't stop into my local establishments and use the restroom facilities without a purchase, unless it is an emergency. In this case it was, and I was denied entry/use. I was actually waved away when I stepped foot in through the door. Starbucks would not let me in because of my furry friend and in turn denied me use of their restroom. I've been to Starbucks my fair share and spent my hard earned cash here over many years. I have seen dogs in there before (small and large), as well as, outside with Starbucks provided water bowls. However, today was an exception. I will not be using Starbucks for coffee, gifts, gift cards, ever again. Dog lover or not, being denied to use a restroom for 2 minutes in case of an emergency because I have a furry friend with me is ridiculous.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Edmonton. The staff and management is well trained, always cheerful and laughing, and the service is amazing! The accuracy of the orders is impeccable too! I can sit here for hours and I've never heard someone complain that their order was wrong. I will always come here if I have a choice of locations.

When you ask for a chai latte NO water and almond milk but they give you almost ALL water and barely any milk. I also pay extra for that. Tasted terrible.

Must be the place to be! It was packed at 3: 30 pm. Comfortable and clean and great staff. As usual an excellent skinny vanilla latte with almond milk.

Great quiet place to come work or study! There’s always seats available for sitting:) they also have a great patio.

This Starbucks location consistently produces the best drinks. I have brought drinks from other locations to have this location fix or remake. The staff are friendly and greet you when you come in. If you’re in the area, this Starbucks is the one to go to!

Worst Starbucks experience we've ever had. Took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru and they got the order wrong.

Another nice Starbucks location. I had a meeting with a business colleague here. The space was very quiet and I got my Chai tea very quickly. There was definitely no noise issue for this location since there were very few people who went to this location. If you are looking for a quiet Starbucks, this might be the one for you.

Will avoid this location from now on. Baristas here have gotten my order wrong more than once. Most recently, my order was the completely wrong size. See attached photo, small drink on left was what I got. I got the drink remade, but it was wrong drink, right size, but I didn't ask for lemonade in my hibiscus refresher.didnt bother going back to get the right drink made. They clearly can't be bothered to do it right the first time, a 3rd time isn't going to make a difference.
