Starbucks

The blonde lady with curly hair is very rude and has made me not want to come back to this Starbucks. When I reminded her I asked for light ice in my drink she dumped put half my drink with the ice and topped it up with foam.

I called asking if they still had red cups today November 17,2022 & the gentleman who picked up was so nice and inviting reassuring they had a few left. I even asked 2x to make sure because I was surprised and he was not once rude. Very good customer service and will be opting for this location rather than the one in Bowridge who was very rude when I asked them. Bowridge needs to take note! This location in Safeway is amazing each time I go too. Love them!

Love the blonde roast and the fact that it can be served in a cappuccino.

Just ordered grande special here. Pretty good experience, just wish that they crush more ice for Frappuccino. Staff here are not awkward, they are just unique in their own way haha good ppl

I ordered a frappachino and it was basically one large piece of ice. It looks like the staff forgot to actually crush the ice, as it is literally a massive block of ice that fills the entire cup. So I basically just threw 7$ away.

Just ordered a grande caramel macchiato and oh boy! I think the lady who was making my coffee was still asleep and rude. It didn't taste anything like macchiato, just a simple coffee with cream. She clearly also looked like not wanting to work and be there! For a $5 coffee and having it as an integral part of your morning routine, your staff should be aware how it important it is to make and deliver the coffee with accuracy. So disappointed won't be surely coming back to this branch! What a great way to start your Monday and to waste people's money!
