No clue how to manage their volume. Have watched managers and supervisors restocking garbage bags and sandwich stickers while people in line have been waiting upwards of 25 mins for coffee while the only barista drowns having to do all their own prep. Terrible.
I come to this location every day, staff is very friendly, but on a rare occasion my mobile order is ready when I come in 5 minutes after ordering, 90% of the time I’m waiting 15-20 minutes from time of order to getting my drink but today I waited 35 minutes for 1 drink, if you’re going to this location be prepared to grow a full beard before getting your order (edit as of 12/6/23) waited 35 minutes again today, supposedly someone stole my mobile order before I got there, sick of the ridiculous wait times becoming a constant issue here
Unbelievably slow, just as everyone else states. To cap it off the order ahead feature wasn’t available either. Prepare to be late for whatever you’re going to if you’re stopping here first.

This location has outgrown its customer base. Expect to wait up to 30 minutes for your coffee during rush hour in a fish bowl full of angry coffee addicts. I left without my drink and will no longer be using this location.
This location is always so slow. I waited over 15 mins for 1 coffee. There was 10+ people waiting as well and I watched 2 different employees go on their break? Maybe get through the rush before you leave 1 singular person to make everything by themselves. I also see multiple reviews just like mine and no one cares to reply or to make a change? What is management doing here… absolutely nothing.
The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my order was accurate and to my liking. They were patient in answering questions and providing recommendations, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
Ordered via Ubereats and my $10 drink is not even fully filled! What a waste of a pricey drink! Disappointing service. My whole order was just under $25.
If you place a mobile order be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes. 6/10 times you'll be waiting much longer than you should, and likely your drink will be wrong or not good. Terrible time management here
Being a indigenous person ordering a couple dragon fruit lemonades, the staff working there served the people who were behind me in line (which were white btw) and made me wait till there was absolutely nobody left in the line. And to top it all off, I had to wait around 20 mins for my drinks to be made, while other customers were getting catered to right away. I'm very upset with the type of racial discrimination I've experienced earlier today.
Had to wait for the order however the staff was so friendly and helpful apologetic about it especially the young lady at the window. It’s refreshing to see that in this horrid time that we live in, a kind word goes a long way and has been pleasure to say the least!
I come here everyday it's beside my work. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Everyday I come there I forget to scan my points and your staff also forgets to ask me. It would be nice to be reminded at the till upon taking payment. I always remember right after I purchase and so far I'm missing out on points for at least ten coffee's, I get them on my breaks at work. Everyone is wonderful other than no one asking if I have a points card to scan when making purchases. To be fair I don't remember either and it is my responsibility, just would be nice to get a reminder when paying.

EDIT: Nov 15 2020 2pm I was refused service inside on my lunch break. I walk there because it's beside my work. The store claimed they could only take mobile orders or drive through orders which is not an option for me. When I asked why they couldn't serve me, there was no explanation. They then informed me they were closing in 30 minutes so if I wanted a coffee I'd have to hurry up and come back with my car. Made me feel unwelcome at the store and rushed. Crazy to hear. Closing before 6 on a Sunday. I changed my review to a one star rating due to this. No coffee for me today at work I guess, no profit for you either. But why care about a customer walking in? When you have a whole drive through full of people. I see your priorities. I'll try going to the Starbucks across the road from now on.
Honestly this Starbucks used to be great, but Starbucks has closed too many stores on the West side of Edmonton, so is pretty much the only option. (unless you was to try Chapters or Safeway) It takes at least 20 minutes to get 1 coffee (no matter how you order, mobile, drive-thru or walking in. It is way too frustrating to keep trying, which is really too bad, because the staff is trying their hardest.
I usually come here almost everyday. Usually go through the drive thru today I went in as drive they was backed up had to take my kids in with me. One of them is under two get to the till after waiting a few min for people in front. She then ask if I have a mask for my kid. Well under 2 is not mandated to wear one. They gave me one and I had to put it on her. She then just played with it and so forth. My complaint is that staff should know the regulations. For my job I have to know every day what is new and changing. Staff should know. Especially when I asked and said two under don’t need to wear a mask and she say I’m not sure we have to make everyone wear.
Don't usually go to this one due to the super long drive thru line. Went inside from when I arrived it took a total of 15 min from start to finish. One order a head of mine already being made while I was ordering mine. Nothing I ordered was not directly from the menu. No way it should have taken 15 min when I counted 5 staff working. No one moved with any speed or urgency due to the line in the drive thru. If this how your staff always is no wonder you have long lines.
Awful experience. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte, it came as just steamed milk. Had to come all the way back, and wait for 20 minutes while they gave everyone their drinks before me despite saying they'd hurry and make it right. I will never be returning to this location.
Every time I go to this location I wait at least 15 minutes (drive thru or inside). They get my drink wrong most of the time and always looked shocked/stunned when I ask for the correct drink. They are never very friendly, I never see any smiles and they are always short with every customer interaction I observe while I wait for my drink.
The app wasn't updated. Two of the items I ordered needed to be changed and when the sandwich was put in the bag they made a mess of the cheese and forgot the sriracha that I asked for.
