Starbucks is using measured pours that isn't accurate The new district Manager is no.good and I am being discriminated against. I have been at this location for years and the new staff the customer is wrong. I have asked other customers are they doing a.measured tall. They have said no. I have my go to place. Parking is strictly enforced. I know the lady and you have to check in with her or the attendant. There's a sign clearly saying no walk offs. No one has gotten a ticket unless they over use the parking. They are now doing measured pours that are not accurate skimping on coffee. I am not getting 12 oz of coffee they just have a flask with a mark not a correct measurement.
I lived in Mission for a few years and had many frustrating experiences in this store. They would often have 6 or 7 staff on shift but none of them were doing anything. I stopped visiting this location because of the poor service. Fast forward to yesterday. I hadn't been in the store for a few years and decided to see if anything had changed.it hasn't. Ordered a simple Ice coffee and waited 15 minutes for it to be made, all while people who came in after me, and people who made online orders, left with their purchases. I frequent many Starbucks locations and they are usually really good.but I will never go back to the Mission location.
Great location with some caffeine professionals at the helm. My order was made to exacting tolerances and came out perfect! Nothing like having a perfect sip!
My server (the white guy with a long hair) have no business to be at this Starbucks location because he is a RACIST and UNPROFESSIONAL. He asked me to go to another paying machine in order to get my order. When I followed this instruction, this guy went to the paying machine to get my order. I asked him to give me also water. I asked him 3 times but he did not give me till I finished my drink. I ordered two pastries but he only gave me one. I bought a Starbucks mug but it took him 15 minutes to hand it to me and to think that I was the only customer that time. I asked for a bag for my mug and he asked me if I really need a bag for my mug. I am writing this review so that the management can get the attention of this white long hair guy. He should be fired.
