Starbucks

I did a mobile order didn’t think anything of it. I knew that this location is always backlogged, so I took my time getting there. Arrived and there is a line out the door and massive crowd inside, waited 15+ minutes and then checked the time on a drink that came out in front of me, which was 20 mins before I placed mine.

I suspect the store manager should’ve pause on mobile orders, but I don’t even know if that’s an option. Either way 45mins for a coffee is crazy town. Plus no way to cancel an order they hadn’t made yet.

Anyways, tired of this downtown Starbucks.

Waited 25 minutes this morning for a strawberry açai drink, never ended up getting the actual drink so I went and cancelled my order. Horrible order management as they were constantly putting up mobile orders instead of paying attention to people’s in-person orders.

One of my favorite Starbucks in town. Everyone is extremely friendly despite the constant lineups. Especially the Max and all the ladies work here. Thank you!

Normally i like this Starbucks as it is my go to based on location, however this same common problem i have with all Starbucks I am experiencing here.

The barista's think they are clever by short pouring my espresso shots on the shaken espresso's, the grande calls for 3 shots and ive watched them consistently pour 2 and call it a day. Today i asked for a remake and then watched her do the same thing. Im with out words! I guess technically i am with words though since here i am!

Max is the best thing since sliced bread. He goes out of his way to make sure the customer is happy. I have never seen a human go above and beyond quite like him before. Amazing job!
