This location used to be my wife and I’s favourite Starbucks for years. However, the quality of service and drinks have been absolutely horrible for the past one year or so. Today, as the young lady at the front was taking my order, her manager kept talking her and interrupting me and the girl and I had to repeat my order four times. In the end, the girl could not understand my order and I ended up receiving the wrong drink. There are always so many workers behind the counter, but drinks always take over 15 minutes to be made. I’m sure this is the result of poor management as the workers always seem to be working hard.
Came in today as they closed the drive thru.took 20 minutes for one drink when there was only 2 people in line before us. 2/3 employees were at the front while were waiting for our drinks on their phones complaining about something.if you’re going to be on your phones atleast do it in the back not while we’re waiting for our drinks and you’re making one girl do everything. Was just very inconsiderate to the customers waiting.
Without a doubt the slowest and most inefficient Starbucks. Zero management of the team, more interested in talking to each other than keeping the orders moving. Seems all the reviews say the same thing and yet nothing improves.
I order in person. You would expect to be I get a drink reasonably soon. No. They load up the counter with about 30 mobile orders that are not being picked up. Took 15 minutes for an an order in house. Priotize your customers. Won't be coming to this location again.
Slowest Starbucks I’ve been to and I have given them the benefit of the doubt by going here on several occasions. Today was the last straw when I had to leave without my order which was paid for because the 20 minutes I had been waiting had made me late for my appointment. I thought mobile order was supposed to expedite your order but what’s the point if it takes over 20 minutes. $5 wasted!
