Thanks for the coffee with no coffee in it. Glad I paid $6 for a glass of milk. Being somewhat busy isn’t an excuse to just test if the customer will notice.

I find myself going to this particular S'bux more and more of late. Maybe it's because the baristas are quick with a smile and remember my name. I feel like Norm from Cheers some days Not a single complaint to be had from me and this says a lot considering I complain about so much usually. So if you want to get exceptional service, good snacks and sammiches and your favourite drink done correctly, you should definitely come and see them!

My complaint is the drinks are amazing EVERY TIME! So… I can’t stop ordering. Stop being the BEST! I need to not have lattes! And this amazing customer service for my 40 questions all answered has to stop too. Please start sucking so I don’t keep ordering.

Not accommodating at all for moms with children. Asked if I could please get 1 venti drink split into two tall cups for my kids and they straight up said no. Not even a sorry and no explanation LOL another time they refused my birthday drink! Will never support Starbucks as they are so PC anyways.discriminating against biological women.

I drink dark coffee, and they had only medium. She didn't say that. She made me the add over, tasted like dish water, and was cold. The original person was too busy. She asked another girl to help me. 18 minutes waisted, waiting for a cold coffee.

Been at the location multiple times now since it opened. Each time I experienced stellar customer service & each drink was exactly as I ordered. Will return!
