Good byt very expensive drinks and hot drink.only once while cold drinks.not like hot coffee drinks tooooo strong look like old taste awfyl strong.sorry about ur coffee strong taste.thankfully

They were so busy today, but they were working so hard. Alex is incredible, his speed is something, and the quality of the drink is awesome!

A normal Starbucks, but with great staff! Cleo was absolutely fantastic and was very helpful!

This is the second time I have come in to this location that barista Liam was very rude towards myself and other customers. Rolling eyes, giving dirty looks, making unnecessary rude comments. I will now be sure to always grab my coffee before coming to the mall

If I could give less than zero stars I would give less than zero. We're service ever. There was one person making all the coffees. There was 40 people standing around and he was rude and for someone who worked at a coffee shop very quick, calm rude telling me to back away. Don't talk like that and it's it's not a very good place to go. I would not ever recommend going to this Starbucks ever again. I actually gave away my gift card because I Will never be back. I got a nice coffee and it just tastes like cold coffee. It's just disgusting. Never again. Will I go to Starbucks?

Lolstarbucks. Burnt, overpriced coffee, run by a megalomaniac union buster. Make your own coffee, it's cheaper, tastes better, and you can spell your own name properly (I hope).

A very busy place with very friendly and efficient staff. The food is always fresh and the drinks are always great

I work at the mall and would come in here and there to get myself a treat but it's practically become a daily regiment because of the amazing customer service I receive from Jess (I believe that's her name!). Absolutely amazing service, she always makes my day and makes me feel like I'm chatting with an old friend plus she always recommends the best drink ideas since I like to be surprised. Thank you Jess!

I went in on December 22nd 2022 at around 10: 20am to get coffee for myself and my manager.

Mara was operating the till and was doing a stellar job, 10/10 work handling the customers and politely getting help from her coworkers. There was also a older lady that I didn't get the name for but she kept helping move the line faster by grabbing drink orders when Mara was busy with one customer. Between these two and the rest of the crew it was excellent work and as a supervisor myself id be gunning to get these two ladies a raise if they worked in my shop. They had the drive and motive to take a good location into one that excels and beats records and you can tell right away!

Always happy coming to this location but was blown away by the skill on display during these chaotic holiday season times.

Typical Starbucks. Service was of average quality as were the coffees and treats. Nothing that stands out, but quite accessible, little seating. Better for takeout.

This is my favourite Starbucks for a reason! Despite being busy, they always make time for you, and nail the drinks every-time. With quick service, friendly faces, and a lovely team, my weekly Friday stop is my favourite of the day! Thank you to the girl that complimented my outfit, you have some amazing customer service skills! Thank you southcenter starbucks!

Nice Starbucks service was great server was attentive in and out quickly which for the most part is what you're looking for.

Pleasant, clean, efficient staff.
Been using this location a fair bit since we moved. I find them very efficient when we mobile order. Staff is very friendly, makes a big difference.

They get the newest merch fastest so come here for the new stuff.

I went there attempting to get a cream based drink and they told me they didn’t have cream base, which was fine. That’s been an issue in the past but it’s no big deal. My issue is when the cashier (a young Indian woman whose name I didn’t quite see, I believe it started with an R though) calls me aggressive (when I calmly stated that I couldn’t drink anything there in that case and went to leave the line) and she proceeds to mock me and do some sort of lip quiver thing at me. It was very immature and I have never been treated so disrespectfully in the many years I’ve been going to this Starbucks.

Go here for coffee with friends after hockey and they're super accommodating, especially that early in the morning.
