This is the first time i stopped at this Starbucks. I just wanted to get a Venti Hot chocolate with whipped cream, mocha drizzle, and added, for extra cost, carmel drizzle. I have been standing in line for almost 15 mins. There were 6 people ahead of me, and the service was so slow! I got my order, took the lid off, and there was no mocha chocolate drizzle or the carmel drizzle I paid extra for! Also, it was only filled halfway with the hot chocolate.won't be stopping here ever again.
Eden is one of the most amazing humans I have ever met. She is amazing at customer service. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face (I’m sure she smiles when she sleeps too) Takes pride in her job and does her best at making everyone leave happy. The space is always clean.
The best Starbucks to go to. It’s my favourite part of the morning because the employees are always so sweet. They make the perfect coffee and have the best chats!
Every time I have gone into this location, all the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Specifically, Eden goes above and beyond to get to know the customer and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean, friendly and welcoming environment to enjoy your coffee or tea.:)
Said that I wanted to redeem my stars for my drink and the cashier confirmed that it would be okay. The next day, I realized that I was charged for the drink.
Amazing friendly & non-judgemental staff. I always feel warmly welcomed and (this will amaze you) they don't come knocking on the washroom door after being in there 4 mins. This is so very nice since I come downtown 2 hours before work or appointments so it's great to be able to leave my makeup routine for after my a.m coffee & breakfast. Helps me to kill the time. They are excellent baristas too! Never served me a drink that wasn't a 10/10! One of my top 3 Starbucks locations!
It's disappointing that in 2020 a person can't get a food item that doesn't contain animal products. Post game changers there are a growing number of people not wanting to consume milk. How about an oatmeal with berries and vegan chocolate? Or a tofu scramble wrap?
