I know the staff here is trying their best to provide based on what they’re told to do. But the service here is ridiculously bad. Twice I’ve come and waited over 20 minutes for nothing other than a breakfast sandwich. The first time I assumed it was a fluke, and made the mistake of going back again only to have the experience duplicated. I think the processes prioritize the drive-through and leave those that come inside waiting as a result. You’ve got friendly staff that are clearly trying their best. Dot whoever manages this location needs to recognize there is a problem and seek to resolve it.
Was just swinging by and wanted a drink. Went to the drive-thru and didn't expect much. But I was greeted kindly and with a smile by Maria. She actually put a smile on my face as well. Don't get much service like this from most places, and it was a pleasant surprise.
Ordering was difficult, loud music the worker couldn't me and I couldn't hear her. For food they ran out of our first two choices, so I opted for the third (breakfast wrap). Found it was still partly frozen and cold in the middle. I waited in line (10min) got to the front and was greeted with disbelief from the employee, and told there was nothing to be done as I had taken a bite out of it.
2 stars for getting the order correct. The slowest and most unsure drive-through experience I have had in my life. A drive-through should not take 20 minutes with 2 cars in it.
Make great drinks! They close waaay to early though! I'm not sure if they have recently extended there hours, but almost everytime I went to go there just after 6 they where closed or just had the sign off and ignored the drive through.
I used to.love going to this Starbucks, but I don't know what was going this time. I had to wait long than usual and there was even a lineup behind me. Some people even left because it was taking too long. I dont like using the drive thru bad for the environment and there was quite a line there as well. There were 6 barristers working and only one working the walk-ins. Disappointed.
Friendly drive thru staff. Good percentage of getting the orders right.like 96% of the time. Have been going in lately, seems like front counter service needs a refresher as most business is drive thru they can be sometimes slow to see who will serve counter order.
Really good service was very helpful when we misplaced our order with another store and didn't charge us extra for our mistake. Thank you to all the morning staff for being so happy on this dreary morning
My order is often messed up. Barista told me that it was unnecessary for me to specify that I wanted blonde, because the drink comes blonde anyway. Go to another location, and turns out, it is not made with blonde espresso unless you specify that's what you want. Please don't tell your customers that drinks come a certain way when they do not.
I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for about a year now because I work across the street from it and I love this place! The staff is incredibly nice and very very friendly. Probably the nicest team I’ve ever encountered working at a Starbucks. 99% of the time my order is ready by the time I get there which is much appreciated, considering majority of the food joints in Aviation take FORVEVER to prepare the food. This Starbucks location is the best!
This location constantly has the Strawberry Acai refresher as "not available" on the app meaning you can't order it for pick up. I think they just forget to keep the system updated as it is available if you order in drive through. It is very annoying when that happens, but otherwise it is great
I order passion fruit tea lemonade! I never ask for guava? I never ask for milk? Where on earth do you keep giving me guava when i didnt ask for guava! I just ask for passionfruit tea lemonade only! Lemonade not milk lemonade added milk here you go guava passion fruit tea lemonade! Mess up 2 times before getting the 3 time right! Either new or just dont listen to what the customer wants!
Deplorable that 70% of indoor seats are closed under the pretext of COVID. However, the measures in place in Alberta allow 100% openness. When will Starbucks Canada stop living in fear?
This Starbucks has the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. So warm and welcoming. They always seem like they are having fun and are so happy to see you! Love it
This place gets 5 stars from me 100% because of Audrey. I was there today and while the other girls were standing around the till, talking and not paying attention to customers that were waiting, Audrey came out of nowhere and provided the best customer service. This was my first time actually walking in to this location (typically I go through the drive-thru) and I'm so happy I did because she was awesome. Give this woman a raise!
Busy place, usually has a packed drive thru in the mornings and around lunch. Their stock (mugs/cups/water bottles) are limited. I find better and fancier ones at other locations. The only real downfall is that the last two times ive gone here they keep saying "we are out of stoppers" - trust me these are a must for many of us please keep these stocked. I spilled my caramel latte right after leaving the parking lot.: (
Had starfruit/kiwi lemonade. Didn't get 1/2 sugar as requested. Tasted chemically and I couldn't identify what it was. I wondered if the fruit was cut with something cleaned and not rinsed enough? Too bad. Had one yesterday from another location and did not have this problem.
Rahana gave me a great experience, she brightened up my day before I even made it to the window. The food and drinks we ordered were also made excellent. The service was fast but not rushed.
Kurt is always an amazing help! They are so caring and conversational every time we come to the drive through. Always a pleasure to be helped out by them, they brighten our day!
I’ve been to this Starbucks 3 times and ordered the same ice vanilla latte 3 time and they’re literally the worst. They always literally just give me ice coffee. This time they gave me cold brew. Not even close to what I asked for. When I spend 5 dollars on a drink at least make it right. I don’t even like strong coffee and just had to throw it away. Just waste of my money. I wish there was a zero star rating.
I was pleasantly surprised by the higher quality beverages at this location. Our drinks seemed much richer than usual, so a venti thank you to the team member that prepared them.
This was otherwise a standard Starbucks experience, with slightly different variations on wall art. Good merchandise selection here.
Wow one of the best coffee place I ever visited. Amazing people feel like home they are following all safety protocols specially in the pandemic social distancing Sanitizing around.really impressed specially I like to write about Rahma.amazing associate welcome with greet and suggest variety of drinks and other confectionery items. Strongly recommend people to visit here. Free parking free handicap parking handicap access public washrooms are limited due to this Pendamic.
Very impressed with the service, I know working right now is difficult, barista seen I had my dog with me and offered a puppacino and of course I said yes, definitely made my dog happy and me a little happier as well.
I just ordered a pumpkin spice latte and was given a tall dark roast for someone named "Pavey". After waiting in the drive thru for 15 plus minutes I am not impressed and dont have time to go back.
Haven't gotten out much due to the virus (I'm a senior) but I sure enjoyed the pumpkin spice latte I had today. Also the ginger cookies are still the Best!
Great staff. They are very busy with the drive thru but I did not have to wait very long as a walk in like some other locations. Very friendly staff. No complaints. My order was yummy.
Location is great but my Americano was warm. I was in a meeting and didn't get the opportunity to take my drink back. Disappointed as you pay good money to consume Starbucks

Friendly staff. Quick service. I drive past this location often and stop for my daily macchiato. The baristas here are always friendly and top quality, the line up always moves fast!
KEKE is the best barista ever! She deserves a raise, good skin, good grades, and nothing but success coming her way. (please manifest for KEKE). Not only is she fast, smart, and friendly, but she makes your drive through experience so positive and worthwhile. I get sad when she is not working.
Hi.today i ordered strawberry refresher water from starbucks located on 32nd street ne calgary. After few hours what i saw a plastic bottle cap in my drink.never had this kind of experience before with any food store.because it was late now bt i was thinking to go back on store and show to them what they did with my order.its a bad experience
Excellent customer service! Keke was so sweet and as much as a job like this can be difficult, you could tell she was smiling all the way through even when she was wearing a face mask!
We were meeting our uncle for a social distance coffee in the parking lot after work. He got into the lineup at 5: 10pm and was fifth car back. They said nothing about it closing while he waited. It took 20 minutes for them to get through the three cars to get him to the speaker. Finally he got to the speaker and they said they were closed. 20 minutes he waited and they said nothing. He was the last guy in line and I know they have to cut off sometime but should have let him know or give him a coffee. Really, two minutes work and you would have kept an old man happy and us as clients. I have never had bad service at a Starbucks. You expect a certain professionalism. Bad form Aviation BLVD.
I was about to go through drive through at 6: 45PM and they had already put up the sign that they’re closed. Tried to walk in and one of the staff members closed the door as I was walking towards the door. Great service guys! Thanks. Never going back to that location again
I only go to this Starbucks location on the weekends, and only in the morning before work. The staff that they have in the morning are amazing, they get the order right all the time, and are very friendly and kind.
The times I've been there (about 20), there was only a lineup once and full inside once. There isn't a large amount of seating. They are pretty good at listening to your requests for making the drinks and their customer service is pretty good.
I come here everyday before work and usually they're pretty on point. Today however the wait times were prettttty lengthy at drive thru and my kid wasn't on. Wait times I can understand but the lid not being on could have been a bad outcome! Careful!
I have been coming here for years. The staff are wonderful and make me feel welcome. They know what I drink and have it ready as soon as I finish paying. My favorite coffee shop!
They good getting the order right. One time I forgot to ask for my order decaf and with coconut milk and asked them to change it and they did. No sighs of annoyance. Super friendly staff and always very clean.
