Why ask for tips if you’re not going to do your job properly? I asked for my drinks to be lined with caramel, drive through employee “didn’t hear me” yet the croissant I ordered said “warmed” on the screen and I received it cold, I didn’t feel the need to confirm my food was being warmed up. The barista on the register said the cup wasn’t lined with caramel because it wasn’t written on the order, yet I received my food cold. I was kind to the employees and left but it’s just interesting to have a condescending attitude towards customers when your drive through employee (pink shirt, face mask, Asian man) does not know how to communicate effectively!

Unfortunately disappointed by hygiene here. The young man that took my order did something with a pile of dirty aprons on the floor (some were in small puddles) while I made my payment. He then proceeded to put my order together without either washing his hands or at the very least putting on a pair of gloves first. I threw my food out.

Girl working drive thru on Oct 2,2023 at 4pm was very rude and poor attitude (acted like ordering was an inconvenience for her and did not want to be/ work there). She initially refused to make my drink dairy free until I said that I have ordered it before at other locations no problem. Did not even speak to me when I got up to the window, simply handed me my drink and closed the window. I would honestly drive away if I went back and she was working there again. Her attitude made me question if my drink was even made properly or not.

I waited 20 minutes for my drink when I ordered it through the app. I literally left the store, because it was taking so long. I want my 7$ back.

If you want to stand around and wait an eternity to get your drink then yes come here inside the store in the morning (I'm pretty sure they don't make you wait in the drive thru this long - now I know).

Great experience as usual. Staff seem to enjoy their job, which makes the customer feel good going there. Keep up the great work

This store is a disaster. I waited over 20 minutes for my mobile order today! That is completely unacceptable and it’s not the first time. While it’s certainly a busy location, the employees have no sense of urgency whatsoever. Having one main person on bar when the line ups in the store and drive thru are insane makes no sense. And then because the barista is so rushed, the drinks are messy and not well prepared. I wish there were more local options in the west end because I will not be returning to this place. Do better Starbucks!

Drive through takes forever and is painfully slow even when there's a bunch of staff working, mostly nice staff though.

Expect to wait 20+ mins sometimes on drive through.

The manager of that particular place is awful! Rude, unprofessional and unpleasant person. So, now I can understand the atmosphere inside of the cafe. Better stay away

Won't return to this location very Rude Service and messed up my drink. They seem to only have one barista I only ordered one drink and waited a whole 5 whole minutes for it in the drive thru.and no it wasn't busy either. Ty took my order and messed up my Matcha frappe, I asked for caramel drizzle and instead he told me it was mixed into my drink disregarding what I specifically asked for and being very rude. I get usually get Starbucks everyday but this location I won't be returning.

More than just amazing coffee! Great eats too. Love their south facing patio in the nice weather. Really comfortable patio furniture! Dog friendly too! They should clean the garbage up that’s piled in the bushes running a long the patio edge, unsightly & has been building up over the years.

Went to this Starbucks 5 mins ago and the chick there was right rude. When my husband went to pay for the stuff, the chick just ripped the debt machine out of his hand & not only that but didn't even say a word to him on top of that. Like what kind of service is that. Just made me not want to go back to that Starbuck again. I use to love coming to this one because people were so nice and friendly drinks were always the best. Just the service is sh**. Really makes me upset

It's slow. Food is mediocre. Yet, I keep returning! Service is really friendly and the coffee is so good and convenient.

This is my neighborhood Starbucks and I love it. The staff have such a positive attitudes and it's such a great vibe in the mornings when I pop in to grab my coffee.

I came through the drive thru and the woman who helped me seemed to be in a really depressing mood to the point where when I pulled away, I didn’t realize I had ordered light ice but recieved extra. I came back through and went inside, the employee by the name of Nick was super helpful and really made me feel like I wasn’t in the wrong for asking them for extra after I came in with a basically finished drink. He made my experience great

I used to buy Starbuck in this store, I bought 4 green tea, my appearance look dirty and I pick them and I put in the tray and don't say anything, well maybe my last buy something in this store.

I really used to like coming here but never again all because they decided to put a pride flag and their weird flags on their windows. They don’t represent nothing else so I will never go to another Starbucks again ever boycott Starbucks at all costs 100% because I’m not giving my money for something I don’t support hate it or love it. It is what it is.

Great service just wish it wasn't $5 for a coffee. Heather at the window was super friendly, today both orders were wrong but still drinkable.

Use the app to place orders for pick up or the drive through. They are pretty efficient.

This location now has convenient seating as well. Not much of the lounge style that star bucks is used too. One long bench with single tables and a chair to sit 2x2.

I ordered a matcha latte with coconut milk, I usually ordered it from this and other establishments. This time, they seem to have added very little tea itself, the taste of milk (far from coconut) and sweetness. Not rich taste, fresh, disappointment
