Picked up multiple carafes for a work breakfast this morning. Really appreciate the teams quick work to get all the fresh brewed coffee in hand in under 15 min.
All hands were on deck working hard, super friendly staff, and great atmosphere. Will definitely come back!
I was waiting for my drink when this lady making my drink and made a mistake, I ordered lactose free caramel machiatto i choose lactose free, cos im a lactose intolerance, but when she made mistake she just dump the drink she made and used the same cup for my right order, i didnt say anything just throw the drink i bought into a garbage.really waste of money.
Terrible service! Took 15 minutes to get our mobile order, never go to this location, all the said was sorry we’re behind, not customer service, that’s for sure: (
I don't know what it is about this location, but the staff are always so so lovely here! I always consider, and sometimes DO, go out of my way to go to this location vs.the closest Starbucks to my house because of the friendly service. Mistakes are rarely made on drinks here, something I have trouble with other locations with.
Picked up some coffees in the drive thru on August 7th (2023) and Emily helped us. She was so kind and patient with our complex order and was just radiating positive energy. Thanks for being awesome!
The drive threw women was the absolute best person I’ve met at a Starbucks. Our drinks are perfect which some locations do struggle with. Love the drinks and we bought syrup.
Omg watch out for a Isabel here so disrespectful. She made the drink wrong and then i said it was iced and she started to grab the drink right out of my sisters hand. Then said with a attitude next time make it clear how you say it. She was clear. Then she said do you still want your drink. And instead of remaking it she just poured her hot drink over ice and handed to me. Was so upset with the way this service was provided
Girlfriend is pregnant so cant have coffee or caffeine. Ordered a milk and hot chocolate drink on her way to work just now and got a drink with coffee and milk instead. Didnt have to time go in and switch but its a simple mistake that should happen
I had accidentally ordered a drink wrong and i had already pulled past the order speaker. Jade was more than understanding and made a new drink right away without any questions. Her attitude was fantastic. Good friendly service with a smile. If jade takes your order it will be accurate and quickly made, at least if you tell her the order correctly. Five stars
This photo is of my home made coffee with cold foam. Not their product. I have never had any issue with coffee with cold foam but this store’s coffee with cold foam made me feel chill after drinking and start to vomit from 4pm till 10pm right after and for one moment I thought I would vomit on my steering wheel while driving home. (Yes I had to leave - I felt dying but I wanted to die in my own home, not at work…How sad would that be!)
For such a traumatizing experience, I was told I was the only person who had such experience. Very glad hearing that no one else had food poisoning from their store that day. Or she/he didn’t made it… just kidding…Maybe I did take their “last portion of the cream that had been sitting there”. Sounds like they do not keep it refrigerated.
So with a great lesson learned, I ordered cappuccino from them “without foam” the next time. They felt super confused.
