Lovely lovely place. There was a man who complemented my friend's name. I don't know his name but I think it starts with an s. He should 100% get a promotion 5 out of five stars for me. The atmosphere was amazing. I totally recommend if not anywhere and you want to Starbucks go to that one instead of the savings one. The people are the Shelby's one. All the nicest I just really recommend dogs. Get puppuccinos for free. Same with water and that's the only one. You can get it there so I would really recommend recommend and you can go off to a lovely park and call out you your friend Jonah's name. We would really like to see you at to Starbucks. The ideal local Starbucks. Have been going here for years and years, and they have gotten my order slightly incorrect maybe one time? Can get very busy with people working + studying, but overall such a nice vibe. Workers are extremely kind and helpful, as well as very patient. Also great at accommodating drink customizations. Love it here!
Staff are super friendly and my order is always correct, but the service is probably the slowest I’ve ever experienced. Not an issue if I’m in a rush but I don’t come to this location anymore if I’m on my way to work or an appointment.
I’m not the type of person to leave reviews but oh my gosh why is this the slowest Starbucks on the entire planet. Even when it’s not busy and there are several staff members working it takes forever to get my drink in the drive thru and in store. So ridiculous.
This location always has great service! Norman was so helpful and provided great customer service! The quality of drinks were fantastic and food was delicious!
I have always loved this Starbucks, and I go daily, but over the summer it has gone down. Dont get me wrong the staff are amazing people and so welcoming, but they're clearly understaffed, everyday they close at a new time. The drive thru is either a long wait or it is closed. I have a sense they're having issues within and it'd sad seeing how over worked these people are.
Popular place, staff is friendly. I'm not sure if it's short staffed, but the drive-thru line is a bit ridiculous at 20 mins. (Inside store option is closed)
I don't know if these guys don't pay their bills and their suppliers have them cut off from receiving raw materials, or whatever the story is here, but they are hopelessly out of whatever it is you are trying to order. This has been my experience all summer long, and tonight was the last straw. They couldn't make me a Pumpkin Spice Latte, at the peak of PSL season. They don't carry inventory and literally can't Starbuck.
Save yourself the time, there's a Starbucks in the Sobeys nearby, while it doesn't have drive thru, it's got what you want.
Incredibly slow service even though it wasn't busy and there were multiple staff members working. It was almost $12 for two small lattes which is an absolute rip off. They also have now got a tip prompt on the card machine. At least they have a skip button I guess.
Went this morning to get coffee via mobile order. The app gave an estimated wait of 10 minutes and I was waiting on the store for 20 minutes and still have not received my order. I was told that I have another 8 orders in front of me which will take another 20 minutes at least. I walked out with out my coffee as I had places to go and could no longer wait.
Just tried to go to the Starbucks and they are closed even though it should be open. Please update your hours if you are closing at different times so that people don’t drive out of the way for something that’s not open
I went here on Saturday at 6: 55 AM- they had been open for 20 minutes and the store was disgusting! Floors were filthy, nothing was stocked up, bathroom was filthy, walls and floors dirty, no toilet paper, toilets had not been clean. Staff was also very rude.
Top it all off.my cup was damaged so the lid kept popping off- would have been a bad day if a venti pumpkin spice landed in my lap.
Online says open until 9pm, pulled up at 8: 30pm and was told they are closed. The car infront of us was served, so we had to wait in the lineup for nothing? They closed the window on us as we pulled forward and avoided any contact. Very confusing as they are supposed to be open until 9pm? Solution suggestion, please update store hours online to more accurate times, as we only came here because of advertised hours. And maybe finish serving who is in the lineup before officly closing.
I had a friend order me a Grande PSL Frappuccino with no whipped cream. Upon receiving the drink with whipped cream my friend asked the barista to take it off, not to remake the drink but just to scoop it off and was met with the barista saying “it’s made correctly, this is how we make them” and she refused to take the whipped cream off. I’ve never been met with such attitude at a Starbucks before, usually the staff is very willing to own up and fix mistakes. Proof in photo to show the label clearly says “no whip” and the whipped cream clearly on top.
Sorry to say this but really bunch of idiots work here. It is really important to hire some smart people. I was there waiting for 25 mins for my coffee. This guy was working at coffee station screwed up 3 orders prior to me.lady at Cashier was keep on screwing up people’s order. I was waiting for simple coffee for 25 mins. They wasted my Sunday morning. I had to drive to different starbuck to get my morning coffee. Cashier doesn’t even know how to do refund. I mean manager really needs to train their employees well. I am very kind person.uponasking for refund after waiting for 25 mins; She said she doesn’t know. How stupid is that? Manager needs to really train staff at this location.
I don't know how this location has so many good reviews, because I have been here several times now and it is by far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Whether I have walked in or use the drive through, I'm usually waiting at least 15 minutes even when it's not busy, and by the time we do get our drinks, they are usually wrong. The staff are all perfectly nice, but it seems like they are incredibly understaffed, which makes longer wait times and more mistakes because they are rushed.
The drive thru was awfully slow, it took what felt like forever to get to the window to pay even though there was only 2 cars ahead of us, they got my drink wrong and forgot an item we ordered, would’ve complained but seeings as to how long it took to get everything we would’ve been there another 20mins
Just exceptionally slow. Last few times they've also gotten my order wrong. Even with just two cars in the drive through, seems to take them 15-20 mins to clear that.
Checked the store hours and I thought I was in the clear until I pull up at the drive thru. No one answered after a few minutes so I decided to pull up at the window instead. I was acknowledged twice but not after another few minutes until someone decided to gesture at the window that they were closed, knowing there was a customer inside the store, I wasn’t even invited to come inside to order. Thanks! Usually a sign is put up at the drive thru when it is closed.
The slowest drive thru Starbucks in the city and often gets my order wrong…like just now, I ordered an iced peach green tea but got a lemonade after waiting 16 minutes. Didn’t have time to wait even longer for them to fix it.
Very kind staff, clean location, and quite an enjoyable experience. My order was wrong, but they made a new one very quickly and the level of professionalism & kindness from the group on June 3 - awesome. I'll definitely have to stop in again.
