I have been going to this Starbucks lately for my fix of PSL's. Normally they have been great. Today I got something that was not a PSL. Not sure exactly what it was. Had to go back to get my PSL. It's a huge pain to have to go back to get the correct drink. My order was a mobile, it had the correct sticker on it, but not the correct drink in the cup. With the cost of gas and just the time factor of having to go back, it's just a huge pain to have to go back to get the correct drink. But the staff at this location are generally awesome!
Bless life for forcing me to go to that particular Starbucks that day. Barista Lance was a ray of sunshine after having a rough morning. Appreciated the chat and positive spirits he brought at the drive thru, he deserves a raise!
Montana needs a raise! Best clear voice I’ve heard! Kind, polite…. I think this long car pile up are just customers driving in circles ordering again and again to hear her loveliness.
Just tried calling and they were rude to me and accused me of calling and making false calls. Their phone is messed up and they couldn’t hear me. They said “they have my number now”. Very rude when I didn’t do anything wrong and didn’t even let me ask my question. You need better workers at this location.
The staff was very friendly and patient. My daughter and I came in for a cold refreshing beverage during our morning bike ride and they made the experience very pleasant. She was excited to have her named called once the drink was complete and the staff shared an interesting story while working and the drink was completed very fast and tasted great. Exceptional service.
The staff at this location are always so friendly! I came in the other morning and there was a delay with their espresso machine, so they gave me my drink sticker and asked me to come back another time to have my drink remade (they also gave me a coffee so I didn’t leave empty handed). I appreciated that they went above and beyond even when a maintenance issue isn’t their fault at all! I will continue to come back here.
The young server forgot our coffee order. She left them sitting on the counter with wrong mix altogether. She put sugar instead of sweetener and one was supposed to be black but all weee mixed. Bad service. I am of minority race. Inuit. Poor service for elders living in the hotel next door. My friends are 74 & 73 n I am 60. I wish your employees would respect all peoples. Thanks for good coffee though.
My Sister loves this place I am usually in the passenger seat as we drive threw, Mom & I don't like how expensive it is & we ate in food was nothing special & we didn't like our drinks at all
There are bugs crawling all over the food. I seen 3 and they said that's okay they aren't selling that exact one. That is not okay. I will never return.
Very nice staff. They’re always attentive to your order and offer suggestions. You feel like you’re part of their group! I enjoy going there for a little pick me up and so far I haven’t been disappointed. They all seem to be in a great mood. Great job everyone! -Alex
I came through the drive through today and Mary helped me. Mary’s mother must be some kind of Saint because they were the most lovely and pleasant barista I think I’ve ever had! Thanks for making my day, Mary:)
Baristas are very friendly and easy to talk to, drinks and food are standard in my experience. The only problem is the drive thru, it’s always lined up and a ~10 minute wait is not uncommon.
The staff were friendly but I believe they forgot about their customers' dining, the music was so loud you couldn't carry a conversation or relax enjoying a coffee
