Called in earlier before going to this location at around 2pm to ask if they still have free xmas cup, and they said yes 8pcs left. Arrived at drive thru at 2: 10 to order and they said xmas cup were all gone at around 11: 30. So this means that staff lied just to make false advertising to draw customers in even if this means wasting customers time.
I’m leaving this feedback as food delivery courier. Out of the hundreds of deliveries I’ve done this is the absolute best place to pick up from out of all the restaurants I’ve visited.
Your always greeted with friendly smiles and an upbeat attitude. Excellent vibe when you walk in. Orders are 99.9% of the time ready upon arrival.
Keep up the excellent work Look forward to my next visit.
I ordered my drinks from Drive Thru. I was dealing with ELIS** Person needs to learn how to deal with the customer. Starbucks is Global Brand. I am sure they have standards and procedures for proper coaching of their employees. I am sorry, but i had to put this so they know.
Very irritated this morning. 635am and I'm at the drive thru, no one's answering.drive up to the window and there is someone inside and a hand written sign indicating they decided to open at 7am today. Super annoying because like everyone else, I need that drink in the morning. I work 45mins out of town and this is the location that's close to me, otherwise there isn't another. For this, 1 star because that was ridiculously annoying, especially because someone was there.
I would advise anyone that orders through the drive thru to double check the card machine before tapping because these baristas are sneaky and add in a tip for themselves without you knowing. It just happened to my wife couple minutes ago where she saw the total amount on the order screen and when she tapped her card she glanced at the amount and it was significantly more that it was supposed to and when she questioned the barista, they said that my wife must’ve tapped the tip option, meanwhile my wife knows that she absolutely did not tap that option. I understand you baristas expect a tip but it is not an obligation for a customer to tip you. Get real.
I continue to love coming to this location! Mabel makes my day! She always remembers me, has a wonderful smile and she always remembers my little doggo friend! She is the reason why I continue to return to this location! Keep up the great work!
This location is awesome! My guava lemonade was refreshing and my wife loved her iced caramel machiatto.
I went in today with intentions to buy a cup, the gentleman who was working today around 1PM came over and helped me, advised me about the sales they had on tumblers. I ended up buying two and a drink, he was so friendly and made my experience so great!
On 25 April at 8: 30 pm I ordered Grande iced white chocolate mocha no whipped cream caramel drizzle vanilla sweet cream foam 4 pumps vanilla syrup 1 shot espresso. Pls check the picture that’s not the drink I ordered. Espresso shot missing and there was no caramel at the base of glass. Wasting 9 $ with 1$ TIP.
I stay nearby here often, so frequent this location when I'm there. People have always been happy and the service excellent. I usually go through drive tru but on the occasion I go in, it's been fairly busy but friendly and comfortable.
Starbucks tend to have great consistency. You know what to expect. The Barristas at this location were friendly and efficient. The music was great and there was lots of seating and natural light. Some outlets available to plug in devices also.
Ordered a chestnut praline latte yesterday. I was so excited since thats usually a holiday drink - which is usually not available in Jan. My drink tasted like a plain old coffee with 0 chestnut praline - pretty much tasted like a double double from Timmys. I came home and had to add a tablespoon of sugar & some creamer I had in the fridge. There is no way that they actually put 4 pumps of the chestnut praline syrup in this coffee (as per guidelines for a grande). I know when I order it in Dec, its soooo sweet & flavourful. I believe they are charging customers full prices & making use of whatever leftovers they have from their holiday syrups. And if they barely have any, they’ll mask it with just more coffee/water.
A quick shout out to the barista that served us in the drive thru today (December 28th) around noon time. She (Jennifer?) was excellent and even offered to sing my wife happy birthday. What a delightful young lady.
