In my visit, I noticed that most of the people that coming in lives within the area. The baristas know their loyal customers very well. It felt like a close community and positive vibes inside this cafe. During morning rush hour, the crew were fast and precise with all the orders and no one looked exhausted and burnout. Just to show how good their team is. Definitely coming back.
I’m giving a 4 star just because my husband coffee was good and service is great and is actually the first time my coffee isn’t good it was basically milk and sugar. I ordered a cappuccino with a extra shot of coffee but I couldn’t taste the coffee at all.
Excellent customer service! I had a week of meeting to purchase coffee for and Kayla was amazing at making sure I had everything I needed. Her staff was amazing as well. A hard working, efficient, friendly group.
The staff here are incredibly rude. I asked for my drink to be made without ice and was told no. I've had the same order made at various other Starbucks locations and it's never been an issue. I work overnight shifts, so I was ordering my coffee in advance as they aren't open during my shift hours, and didn't want the ice to melt and water down my coffee before I had the chance to drink it. I tried explaining this but the staff were so rude, dismissive, and condescending, so I left. I tried again a few days later but ordered my drink ahead of time on the app, customized to have "no ice", but when I picked it up they had still put ice in it. I get that customer service work can be hard, I've done it.but I was polite and patient, there was no reason to treat me (or anyone) this way.
I came in here on a BUSY BUSY Saturday, all the baristas were AMAZING! They were so friendly while taking my order as well as making my drink. The barista I was talking to at the till was super hot as well. Will definitely be coming back to say hi <3
Their staff are pretty friendly but the speed of service is generally slower than other Starbucks (whether it’s busy or not busy it seems about the same), I have had to walk out on a order before because it was taking too long
Staff are extremely rude. We ordered a drink and they made it wrong, instead of apologizing - they tried to blame us and didn’t offer any apology and gave attitude for this “inconvenience”. Listen I used to also work at Starbucks and I get it but always treat people with kindness. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service. Won’t ever return to this location.
If this is part of your morning commute to work - this place is not dependable. I order through mobile - twice in the past two weeks, my simple coffee order was not ready 25 minutes after I ordered it. And the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive.
This place looks great. But I went there with my small dog to order just a coffee to go and leave. The staff did not allow me to order because I had a dog. I was alone and could not leave him on the street. I was disappointed and went somewhere else.
We have a business and give $5 thank you cards to potential clients. I went into the Garrison Woods Starbucks store to buy 40 $5 gift cards, I have bought them at this store and others many times. The young lady behind the counter said she could not sell me that amount of cards. When I asked why, she paused and then said because it could be credit card fruad. I said I've purchased this amount of cards before. She then responded "who sold them to you and asked me to provide her with a description of the individual", as if she wanted to tell on them. I explained that i had a business and even offered to show her my online banking to proved that it was not a fraudulent purchase and she she no, I can't help you. I felt like I was a thief. I get credit card fraud, I work for a bank. Her unwillingness to listen to what I was saying and to provide proof this was a legitimate purchase was totally unacceptable. Starbucks, you provide yourself on customer service, but totally failed today
Service is great and there's a nice atmosphere in the coffee shop. In the summer there's a lot of seating outside away from the traffic in a nice area. So after you shop at Safeway. It's nice to take a break and have a coffee. Also there's a liquor store across from the coffee shop, ģso you can get your bottle of wine for the evening.
I went in to get a coffee refill (travel mug) For what ever reason I can only have a refill if I have a Starbucks card. If not they will charge you full price for a coffee and waste a cup. Never heard of this before. It must be a new policy that I'm not aware of. Either way I walked out of the store and bought coffee at Tim Hortons where they had no problem re-filling my travel mug.
Probably won't be returning to any Starbucks as I use a travel mug regularly.
Use to be there very often before COVID-19. Now, not anymore, customer service is just like everywhere. Pay more, less service. And some kids who serve talked to you like we are from the same family. No way, i am not your brother or your friend! I am a customer. Finally if you want drink a coffee with a real cup, dream on! Garbage and pollution, is the goal of starbuck. No more dishes to do. Allo, wake up guys!
