17 minutes wait, it's NOT enough for a coffee. Very poor service at this location. This location is on my way to work, but it's not worth the wait. Hire more workers, Starbucks!
Great staff, love taking my dog for a pup cup in the drive thru. Only problem is it can be a wait, so sometimes I opt for elsewhere when they are super busy. But when I have the time, it's worth the wait
I went into pick up a coffee for my friend. There were no other customers in the store. 4 vehicles in the drive thru. I counted 6 employees. Not one of them acknowledged my presence. I stood at the counter for 4 minutes. I ended up walking out. I will never return to this location
Cassidy was insulting her co workers while making my drink, and overall had a rude and snarky attitude. They also made my drink wrong. I will not be coming back to this location.
Drive thru is in a terrible location. Line ups end up obstructing the entrance to other businesses in this area maybe faster service would help with this issue.
I stopped here a while ago for a sit down latte and pastry with a friend. Surprisingly this is a very busy location, their drive thru is even busier and non-stop. Inside is welcoming, clean and good environment. Staff are nice and as friendly as they can be. I’m giving it 4 stars only for slow service. All and all a good place to stop by.
Rudest window staff person ever today. I went in to talk to the the "manager" on duty but she cares nothing for customers as all she did was make lame excuses for her staff person's horrible behaviour. I even heard "Manager" on duty call me stupid as I walked out. Does this Starbucks location even care about the reviews people leave here? I guess not.
Jeez i was shocked at the overly pleasant greeting by Sarah at the drive thru. She is every manager’s dream employee. Starbucks ought to hire her in their marketing team. Messed up my grande machiatto badly, but normally this location doesn’t mess up my drink.
I called asking if there were red cups left and the girl who answered was so rude sounding sarcastic saying they ran out and HUNG UP before u could finish talking. How rude! Starbucks is supposed to have great customer service bc we’re paying more expensive for a coffee and skip Tim’s or McDonald’s
This location deserves 10 stars great customer service. I always ask for extra caramel but I never get the right amount. This Starbucks understood the assignment and gave me the right amount of caramel. Huge thank you to the barista that made my drink
Service is almost always slow, they are consistently out of stock in many different items on their menu, and the staff are constantly tired and seem overworked (though they try to be nice and polite, they always sound a bit frazzled). There is also issues with order accuracy if you try to specify parts of your drink. I've tried to give this place a chance multiple times and they seem to disappoint me 9 times out of 10. I end up having to go to another location more often than not. Not worth the time or money, I recommend going to another location.
I go there 3 times a week in the morning as its close to my work, and get a decaf caramel macchiato, but the espresso ALWAYS tastes burnt. I now go to Westsprings as they are better.
