The renovations are some of the worst I've ever seen. Completely uninviting. Makes me think of a clinic or an office front desk/lobby. Lost any of the appeal it had and I will not be stepping foot in here ever again.
The most ridiculous thing ever had. They supposed to closed at 9pm but they said nothing left, so closed at 4pm. How is that possible that you run a store without enough preparation? And the map still shows that they will close as scheduled.
Love the new renovations. It is brighter, more open, and easier to move around. Still has plenty of seating around the edge but allow room for take out customers. Staff greeted me as I came in and were friendly. Ordered through the app and drink was ready when promised.
I am a big Starbucks customer. I spend $30 on average a day and often use the locations as pit stops for a work check-in and a coffee.
This location is one of the most difficult ones to visit. They blast the music, are quick to get thru the order (rush), and I get it - its a Jr/Sr High hangout.
Washrooms are dirty, tables are never wiped - and when I kindly ask if they would consider turning the music down - I get eye rolls and deference.
The single biggest difference with this location and the hundreds I've been 2 over the years - no adults working. Young staff, little fiefdom and completely below the average Starbucks experience. Reminds me of the US locations which are terrible.
Perfect for mobile orders! The barristas are phenomenal: friendly, fluent with the mobile orders system, and good at what they do. This location is very busy (because of the quality of products and services) and so would recommend using the mobile order service. We came in and ordered in-person, and our order took longer than others using the app, who whizzed in and out (which is the rationale for the 4-star rating). Parking can be tough, but people go in and out constantly, so a spot usually opens up. This is our first choice when going to a Starbucks in the area.
As a student I always choose this spot over the Starbucks on campus across the street. Employees always seem to be having fun and talking, and make you feel included and understood while ordering (even if it’s one of those crazy Tik tok drinks with a million add ons) or hanging out. Really great atmosphere and everyone working is so nice and welcoming. I’m not a fan of Starbucks’ coffee itself but this is a nice spot
Food ordered and stood around waiting while I saw a bunch of other people order and receive their orders. Went to go ask and looked at the online pickup table and my order was sitting there without anyone calling my name.
