I love the Starbucks stores, specially on this one I felt very well attended, the girl was patient and kind. Season drinks are delicious.

Never had an issue here before… ordered a Venti Toasted brown sugar oat. I’ve done Venti with long shot (x6) before and there wasn’t an issue that I know of. But the way she made it, it turned into a Trenta. I now have a super watered down coffee. Kinda disappointed today

Great place near Walmart NW, staff are friendly and quick with the order. The only issue is accessibility - it's easy to go to this store if you are coming down country Hill Blvd NW (towards Walmart) but if you are coming from any other direction then it's challenging

Staff always friendly, but this time was my birthday drink stop- they made my day extra special! What a fun way to start my day thank you so much

Every second Saturday I get groceries and celebrate the task being over by visiting my favourite Starbucks in town. Trent’s Peach Green Tea Lemonade and a friendly staff makes the long grocery shop all better! Thanks to all the staff for all you do to serve your customers so well! Bravo!

Excellent customer service by Masako. I have previously been to this location but the service I got today from her was absolutely amazing. Pls hire more staff like her.

This Starbucks os one of my faves. I work nearby at the bike shop, and its my go to treat for weekend shifts.

And his co worker- didn’t catch a name tag, tall girl, bright toque and flannel- she was super friendly.

I went to this Starbucks June 4, I need to get a drink during a hot day, I ordered a venti ice caramel macchiato, extra ice and the volume is still venti size, it’s because I asked extra ice and I like it to be into the Trenta cup! And venti size usually come with 4 pumps of vanilla syrup, and 3 shots of espresso.however I asked reduce my vanilla syrup down to 2 Instead of 4. I didn’t ask to add more anything except ice, I just like my coffee into the trenta cup make sure it’s not too full into a venti Cup. The barista took my order she did not say anything and she was very nice to take my order. There was another lady beside and blond hairs said that she could not do it for me into a trenta cup. I wanna go order 4 drinks, but she made me not happy. So I left, i feel this is very not fair for me if all other places in Canada can help me but not her and this location. Then she loses the business

Place was clean and the staff were friendly. The cashier helped me slot as I don't get drinks from there very often. I would recommend people going there.

Staff are friendly and greet with smile. Coffee is consistently good quality unlike some other locations.

All staff are friendly and happy to answer any questions you may have about drinks. The lady who helped us, even came out and asked a family how they liked their drinks and she seems really knowledgeable about the ingredients. The refreshers all have caffeine in them because od the green tea apparently. Would definitely recommend this location for a meet up, there'd plenty of seating for outside (while you still can)

Not respect for the order of arrival. Very messy trying to attend walk-in customers vs mobile orders.

I am there every day and I like the staff. However, I have to wait almost 10 minutes every day to get my coffee due to shortage of staff. You go to every other Starbucks around the City and You'd have at least 3-4 people working behind the counter. This location usually has 1, max 2 which causes a big line up and some customers' frustration.

The Baristas are wonderful. They all have amazing memories, can work under extreme pressure, and are friendly, efficient, and nice. It had been a long awhile since I had given this particular store my regular business due to past inefficiencies; however, they have improved, and I cannot say enough great things about the staff and service here.

The best Starbucks to spend your day working in. The baristas are very caring towards the individuals inside of their store. They often bring water and small snack samples to your table to take your mind off what you are currently working on. I would highly recommend.

Obviously no Starbucks is vastly different from the one two blocks away but the staff here was wonderful!

Very fast service and friendly staff. Sat down to do some work and they even offered me a tall ice water. Definitely a top notch location.

Friendly staff! Alex was great in providing the info that we needed about the number of calories in the drinks we ordered. I had a grande caramel pecan latte half sweetened for about 150 calories! Well worth it!

Wifi has not worked here for 2 months. I have spoken to the staff on multiple occasions and they don’t really seem to care.

Had to wait over 20 minutes to get my drink and that was only after I asked the barista where is was. I was very casually told that “my cup was pushed so far into the corner behind other peoples cups that line wasn’t seen. ” No apology. Just told that my drink would be made right away but not before the person AFTER me got her drink. The only thing good about this location is their patio but too bad I’ll never get to experience it because I’ll never go back to this location again!

I use the mobile app to order my drinks every morning, I love the fact that they know me and my likes. The one thing to improve is that sometimes they run out of almonds and it takes days to replenish.

I enjoy visiting this Starbucks if I’m in the area, as I find that there are always seats available. The service is okay at this location, nothing to write home about. They do have a drive thru in this location, and during off-hours when they’re not fully staffed, it makes the in-store wait time longer as the barista focuses on the drive thru orders first. Otherwise the place is clean and spacious with lots of parking in the lot. The outdoor seating is also nice on a beautiful day.

What can I say about my favorite coffee Meetup place? They are just the best. Best Coffee; best snacks; best service.

I would give 0 star if I can. Location is great, but poor customer service. I used to go this place almost every morning till the customer service got this bad. Don't exactly remember the name of the woman I think I overheard it was Carry or Carrie, doesn't seem like she cares when the customers come in to pick up their mobile orders (this store you have to tell the employees you came for the mobile orders), doesn't greet or ask the customer till I tell her what I came for, even just telling her that is also hard since she doesn't care or look who are waiting. Today, I waited for 5 minutes right next to the bar saw my drink was already ready, the store wasn't that busy, she still didn't look or asked me what I came for so I had to grab my drink from inside the bar with my hand and fill it up with water at my work since she always makes my Venti Iced Americano only 1/4 full and she know I don't need room. When I asked to fill it full with water last time, she gave me a bad look and didn't speak a word at all even when I say thank you, tried to express with her face she is annoyed by such a small request.
I will try to avoid this store and go to Crowfoot one instead even though it's little far from my place.

Least cleanliness Starbucks I've ever been to, tables dirty and floor hasn't been swept obviously in days or longer.
