I waited in line for 20 minutes watching them make drink after drink they were all meant for mobile orders and drive thru. The seating area of full of people not getting their drinks made. Never did get my drink…I only had a 15 minute coffee break so I got a refund and left. No offer of a gift card made to me though they offered someone else. Read some reviews and see this is pretty consistent for this location.
What a great environment. The team is so friendly and personable they try there very best in every way to be of service. My drinks always taste great and I have huge props for any location where the manager is so visible and attentive to the staff and patrons. I'm newer to the city and it was actually the greatest blessing to have met Debra made things feel a bit more like home. Thank you sooo much.
They are out of my favorite White Chocolate Mocha but suggested another cold drink but it was super expensive! Such expensive prices $8 for a coffee is to much.
Leo, is WONDERFUL! A perfect bubbly attitude & knows the menu really well. Made a perfect suggestion for my pregnancy cravings when the Cubano & Chimchurri Sandwich was taken off the menu. Overall friendly & inviting atmosphere!
Walked in to get a hot chocolate yesterday, when one of the workers very rudely kicked me out of the store. I wasn’t aware it was closing time and the doors were still open. There are better ways to speak to customers! I will never step foot there again. Rude staff with an attitude
Slowest service ever, messed up two orders ahead of me, all the staff served the drive thru, manager just standing there watching staff struggle, 15 min for a latte is ridiculous
I have ordered at this location many times over the years. Never could I speak a bad word about the way I’ve been treated there and today it was no different. I had not ordered a coffee from this location in probably a year. I ordered ahead and when I walked in the door a very nice barista greeted me with “hello Bryan! ” Not sure how she remembers me but it was a very nice experience and I would like to thank her. Thank you! Unfortunately I could not tip on the mobile app because I use stars to get my beverage for free sad face
I'm not sure if it was a bad day.but I was waiting like 15 minutes in drive through for a coffee. Every car ahead of me was waiting a while before moving on.
Absolutely disappointing to get half a cup of coffee for $5. I stopped going to tim hortons for the very same reason and started paying double the price hoping to get atleast what I pay for but I pick up my coffee and come to work just to find out my cup is half empty.
Sold out of basic items due to poor order management on top of sitting at the drive thru speaker for 8 minutes even though not a single person ahead of me. Won’t be returning.
Convenient location next to Millwoods town centre, with plenty of parking. Indoor seating with wall plug ins, and a fairly steady drive thru. Staff are friendly, and do try their best. Tbh, the drinks aren’t my favourite here, as they tend to be foam heavy (even if asking for no foam) and a bit more bitter than other locations. I can’t say I’ve ever loved a drink I’ve ordered here, whether a latte or Americano misto, the latter which are more watery than I’ve had elsewhere. It must just be training differences, and concern for budget? I still go because they are friendly and convenient for me, and there is a fair turnover on seating during weekdays. Just usually nervous how my drink will turn out every time
So they finally have white mocha which they consistantly do not order enough of because theyre running out every 4 days.im here every day and i have never seen a Starbucks so frustratingly out of everything so regularly. Now theyre in stock with white mocha and out of stock of the sugar cookie.im so sick of this starbucks i started driving to harvest point just so i didnt have to hear theyre out every single time i qwant to order. Im honestly over it i wont be back i was here every day before work and i just cant with this place aymore
I ordered a sugar-free London fog. And it was loaded with sugar. People are diabetic sometimes and cannot deal with this kind of mistake. And me and the other two people in our party all got lattes and they all made us sick. Nothing major just an upset stomach. Watching the young people making everything it didn't really seem like they were cleaning the blenders or any other equipment very well. I couldn't be bothered to ask for a refund we just all through our stuff in the garbage and left. Lesson learned. Never going back there again
Moi et mon ami avons commandé, il y a 5 jours, la même chose. Mon ami a été servi 10min après et j'ai dû attendre 5min de plus. Quand je suis allé demander où en est ma commande, c'est alors là un employé (nommé Sid) qui se prétend le superviseur, m'a attaqué avec ses mots (et son doigt devant mon visage) en me disant d'aller m'assoir et qu'ils sont trop occupés. Vraiment, le gars était impoli et offensif. On a demandé la rencontre du manager qui était compréhensif et aimable. C'est le café de mon quartier, mais tant que le genre de ce gars là travaille làbas, je n'irais plus!
Just heard they offer a whipped cream treat for Dogs. I can't remember the name, but it's a cute name. I think it's an awesome thing to do. When Bear and Rocky were still here I used to take them for ice cream. I thought that was great and so is this. WOOF! WOOF! STARBUCKS!
I stop here on my way to work sometimes, coffee is always good at Starbucks. Staff at this location are nice and efficient, they do a good job. My favorite is the chocolate quasont with a mocha. Yummmm
Always friendly and they have great customer service. I've been going to this Starbucks for over 10yrs when it was across the street by Subway. Never been disappointed.
Me and my sister go here often and get great service, but when we see our favourite batista Leo, it always makes our day! They never fail to make our day a little more happier with their warm hearted interactions!
Will be avoiding this location for a long time. That Tagh (older) guy is super creepy and very unprofessional. Made my friends and I Very uncomfortable.
The mill woods Starbucks is always slow and the drive thru is painful. I've waited upwards of 20 minutes in the drive thru and have started going to South Edmonton Common
I'm not a coffee person lol so the few times I've gone to order for women they've helped me out alot and laugh we all laugh I think people are way to picky and in a rush at most Starbucks I'm slow laid back stoner type they go at my pace great place.
This is a nice Starbucks, the staff is super friendly, plenty of outdoor seating in the summer. It is very busy every time I go there so be prepared to wait a bit, but it's not for lack of them trying to get you through quick as possible.
My experience today was nothing short of amazing. I ordered a drink and sat down to study naturally I'm a bit clumsy and spilled all over. Leo an employee working jumped to it and helped me clean up immediately. Leo was so kind to help me and make me feel better about the situation. On top of it all the staff made me a new drink on the house.:)
The drive-thru is very precariously positioned, and that immediate hazard prevents any pleasant experience at this Starbucks location because it's so darn stressful to even get near it.
My experience was great. The service was fast and the cafe is very clean and tidy the staff are very friendly and courteous. A great place to meet up with a friend after work.
I love this Starbucks location. I’ve worked in the area for over two years and I visit often. Drive-thru service is quick and professional. The staff are often kind and treat me with nice “hellos” when I visit. Kathryn is especially of note. I believe she is in a manager position. She naturally builds a rapport with customers and really cares. We have a conversation almost every time I visit. She really models the best of what Starbucks and customer service can be! There is also another manager I believe, but I don’t know his name. He’s funny and very professional. I know my “Starbucks habit” isn’t the best for my wallet, but these guys make it not so bad!
Great place, love the decor of the place. The staff were very polite and the service was quick, but it was at dawn, so take this with a grain of salt. Overall though, it was great
The staff are awesome and there are a few that have been there quite some time. I was having a bad day and decided to go grab a drink when Leo (a very sweet, kind staff member) looked at me and asked me if I was okay. His concern brightened my day and I look forward to seeing him and the others at MY Starbucks location. Such an amazing group of people there
There's no starbucks likes this in the city. Oh wait. They are all the same. There's a reason why their business model works. It's consistent at all locations.
Haven't been to a Starbucks that was this dirty before. Floor, tables, counter, all were in serious need of a cleaning. Not insanely busy, but still slow, on top of having our drink made wrong.
Went through the drive thru and the staff was soo friendly and nice! He understood our order with little questions. Our drinks were made fast and he asked if we wanted stopper and sleeves which was nice as we didn't need stopper. One less thing in the landfill.
This location is 5 mins from my house. The service is exceptional and they have never made a mistake on any of my orders. Great staff is the key to success.
Absolutely luv this Starbucks. They always make our drinks perfect and so delicious each and every time. I've never had a bad drink here. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The shop is always clean and we'll stocked. The referrals are wonderful from the staff if I want to try something new. This is the best Starbucks I've been to in the city.
Customer service is exemplary at all times. Cool, refreshing establishment with nice tables outside. Lots of parking. Very clean and bright. Wheelchair accessible.
