Today in the morning (Dec 23) I asked my receipt after car wash and I didn't get it. Stuff told me to move my car in other places if I want my receipt, because I blocked car wash. But I was the first only one Customer at the time and all boxes were empty. It's ridiculous. Customer service is awful, the stuff thinks that he as a king of universe. The owner after my call didn't want to make anything to make the service better even watch the video of the incident. I have to send a letter and a video to CRA, that shows that I didn't get my receipt, after that the stuff tried to give me a receipt for 100$. And the stuff called police don't know why, but police said they will not come because no reason for that. For all my Canadian life it was the first case when I met so rude and not professional person in service. I hope the owner will make conclusions from this situation. By the way, I found a lot of reviews here about that person and it's awful service.
The quality of service is terrible, the dispatcher is rude and rude in response, I asked for a receipt for the car wash, they never provided it, I strongly do not recommend it
This is by far one of the best car/truck washes in town. Always has hot water, soaps & waxes working. Staff are all friendly and helpful. We set-up a commercial charge account so I can keep my entire fleet clean for very reasonable costs.
Staff behind the counter (old white man) was one of the worst people I talked to as a customer. He belittled me, and was very rude to towards me.
The car wash itself was fine although the undercarriage was not working and staff was not understanding for the fact I have to pay to start the machine twice to just use the undercarriage wash as one of them was not working.
