The older Asian guy working there was super rude when he was showing me and my friend the black 2012 Audi s4, I told him about the things I noticed wrong about the car he basically didn’t even consider them. I looked under the hood and the coolant was way below the minimum and he lied to me and said it’s the windshield washer fluid and I corrected him because I know cars, I’ve worked at bmw and Mercedes. He said they don’t even own that car and they are just helping the owner sell it. Then when we started discussing the price, I tried to show him a similar one that an Edmonton dealership was selling with similar km (75,000) for $17000 while they’re selling this one for $24500, and he didn’t even want to look at the ad on my phone. He literally walked away and said “then go buy that one I don’t care, just tell me your offer” after I said my offer he said “there’s no way the owner selling it would take that” I said “ok please just let him know” and he replied “sure bye” and we left. We weren’t even there maybe 15 minutes and it was one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Absolutely unacceptable.
