The place is understaffed.they will let you go for a smoke but they won't let go and get some food when you are Diabetic. If you faint I guess they don't careI guess if you go into a diabetic shockThey don't care. Plus a few months ago husband Fainted they didn't do anything I glad that there was a nurse here to help me with him.
It needs a good cleaning.

This place need to clean lots so sting smell. Lot of tourists like to try out but smell so so bad how can tourists like to come back again. They needs more staff clean the place. So so so smell disgusting I don’t know why they don’t clean. Bad smell make the place go down.

They don’t answer their phones so don’t know if this place is open. Not going to waste my time going if I don’t know if they are open

This is a wonderful place to safely experience new things. Wonderful atmosphere. Great staff facilities are cleaned regularly. Sounds like the people complaining didn't get lucky

We were there todayAndIt was so disorganizedAnd the girl behind the desk and it didn't know what she was doingShe was going to overcharge usAnd it was a deal for the ladies today to a a room for $10 but we didn't get that
We were there for half an hour and nothing was going on no fun.
We went down to the showers and showers were cold water and the soap dispensers were not working and there was used condoms on the floor and it was dirty. And we asked for our my money back
I dont think we will be back anytime soon

So after months I finally try out this place and see what the fuss is all about and the attendant lady "Nicole" tells me its full, but when I take a look around once I get in its empty! Its one thing to curb information but she was rude and dismissive. I 'honestly' was gobsmacked that she so nice when I first checked in but turned so nasty and disrespectful after I was inside. Such a let down, hope the other staff are better behaved.

I enjoyed Steamworks everytime visit I there. The coed nights, hot tub, and glory holes. I just wish there were more younger men that would come there more often.

Ive never been to a steam bath before this. I was really nervous going in the first time but as soon as I got in the staff made me feel relaxed and at my locker immediately someone started talking to me and made me feel more comfortable.in my opinion if you're new to the scene. Or experienced and just looking for something new this is definitely the place to go.

The place is nice, good facilities, really fun. I'm giving 2 stars only because of the black hair cashier Nicole. She was rude, intentionally got me waiting, told me there were people inside when the place was empty, gave me a broken cash change, and didnt provide me condom. She just didnt seem to be very happy with her job.

I would love to go when all the older gents are there? Any recommendations which days, or times. Your place is fantastic. Great facilities.

Got to check it out the other day I had so much fun I will definitely be coming back loved it so much.

I was drugged by another customer staff was very rude and uncaring and kicked me out and kept my room deposit on top of it all.

So if you like being drugged by the other customers and then robbed by the staff as they kept all my possessions that I didn't grab cause I was being rushed out of the business. Then this is the place for you.

In conclusion the place wasnt all that clean rude staff and non-trustworthy people that go there. Guys you'd be better off just staying home or hell even going down too Vic park.
