Tried them out for the first time recently - they do great work especially on all my linen/dress clothes. They are very fairly priced as well and do a great job with alterations too.

I had my wedding dress cleaned and packaged for storage here and they exceeded all my expectations. My dress had marks from colour transfer from a jacket and they got them all out. It looks brand new again. Marlene was a pleasure to deal with all the way through and the lovely person on pickup was so sweet. This is absolutely the place to take anything that matters to you for cleaning.

Dropped a blazer in the mud, needed it right away, they did it for next day pick up and looks great!

I got a coat and my wedding dress cleaned here, and they did a fantastic job. Marlene was absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful, reassuring, and knowledgeable. My dress was very dirty as it was an outdoor wedding, and it came back looking just as white and beautiful as when I bought it!

I use the cleaning services and the personnel are excellent. Two people Michelle and Marlene are outstanding and personal. I always know my laundry and dry cleaning will come out fine.

I think that $50 for two coats is getting a little expensive. Nothing special about these coats -ladies not overly direct or stained

My tablecloth had a few stains and I really didn’t think it would come out. Upon picking up my tablecloth to my total amazement it looked brand new. The counter staff is also so friendly! Thank you Stephen Cleaners!

Came here because the reviews were excellent, so I dropped off my favourite jeans that only had blue colour transfer stained. Was excited to get my jeans back yesterday, this morning I went to look ag them because I intended to wear them. And OMG I discovered a drastic colour fade almost as though they were bleached! Im so upset because I can’t replace them. That was my initial plan when i only had the blue stain. Couldn’t find the same pants, so I resorted to the dry cleaners! Total regret!

I have relied on Stephen Cleaners in the Crowfoot NW location for all my dry cleaning needs. They are attentive to my regular dry cleaning requirements along with any special cleaning needs. All the staff are exceptional in service and friendliness. Plus, they still offer free dry cleaning to anyone who is unemployed in helping them be presentable for job interviews. Stephen Cleaners provides excellent service, and is environmentally and socially conscious. I highly recommend them.

Sent my duvet in for dry cleaning. They were polite, friendly and prompt. My dropoff was easy and they emailed to advise when it was ready for pickup. I was not able to get it until 5 days later and they held it for me. Ladies at the counter were excellent and professional. One time I had too much to carry so she helped me load my trunk with items. Great service!

This place & Marlene are absolutely amazing! They did such a great job on getting my daughter's wedding dress, veil and my formal dress prepped for her upcoming wedding! I took in a blanket that was my husband's grandmothers and the trim was coming off. I only expected them to repair the parts that were coming off but the reinforced the whole way around. It was a lovely surprise and very affordable

I brought my wedding dress to Stephen Cleaners (Crowfoot location) 1.5 years after I got married. I was worried because I hadn’t noticed that there were some stains on my dress until months later, I thought for sure they would never come out after so long. Marlene assured me they would try everything they could to remove the stains, which they were able to do! My dress looks brand new, and they preserved it so lovely in a beautiful window box. I am beyond happy with the service I had done here, and definitely recommend them!

This location has been my dry cleaner of choice for many years (since they opened the Crowfoot location) and have continued with them through location changes. Have never had any issues snd are extremely accommodations for special requests.

My hubby was emailed a 50% coupon for his birthday and when I went to pickup the order I was told that the coupon was not valid but they honoured it. I was very surprised and impressed that they did. I am very

Stephen Cleaners is an amazing place. They cleaned and repaired a small hole in one of my kilts for a very reasonable price. They were recommended to me by one of the Celtic shops in town. I will definitely be back.

I usually bring all my dry cleaning and repairs here. I recently encountered a problem with a shoulder pad of my motorcycle jacket. I was more than please how the manager (I think her name is Marilyn?) handled the situation. She was professional, more than fair and friendly. I was very happy and will keep coming and recommend this place to anyone who needs to have dry cleaning or repairs done. Happy happy customer. Thank you!

I picked up my husband's dress pants this morning, and brought them home. There were creases about an inch from the normal crease that goes down the front and back of the pants. There were also wrinkles on the inside of one of the pant legs. For $14.00 I would expect more attention to detail. NOT impressed.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always make their commitments and do a fantastic job. They have rescued more than one of my shirts from my poorly aimed dinner.

I have used Martinizing for many services over the years including;
Alterations, basic dry cleaning & even had them clean an old filthy - SIGNED jersey for me (that meant alot to me).
Everytime I've utilize their services - I've ended up being one very happy customer!

Brought my clothes (5 items) to dry clean at this establishment on the 22/12. Informed the attendant that I will need the items by the 26/12 as I was leaving the country by the 27/12. Was told in no uncertain terms that this was impossible- that the “best” they can do was the 28/12. Offered no alternatives/suggestions for the dry cleaning. My suggestion to the owners is to post on their website/advertisement that there is a minimum wait time for all dry cleaning items.
Not impressed.

Great place to drop off your dry cleaning. Friendly service and quality work. Only place to go!

HIGHLY recommend, been using this for over a year and have nothing but good things to say about the entire place and staff
