Guess better than late then never. I bought this RST for my wife early July She loves it. This is my 3rd truck from Stetson Hinton. We had great service from Carson. Cali as always when purchasing this vehicle.

I have never bought from a dealership before and always heard horror stories about people just trying to sell you on useless things. This could not be further from the truth! Everyone here is so lovely and very upfront with all the costs. There are no hidden fees and everything is explained to you with no pushy sales tactics or anything like that. I have a very tight work schedule, but they were able to squeeze me in and make everything happen in 1 day! Callie and Colleen worked so hard for this to work for me, my schedule, and my budget! Just moved from BC to Alberta and they were so helpful to explain the differences and what I had to do in Alberta as I wasn't sure how to insure/register all those things. Amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, and outstanding service. I have been recommending and will continue to recommend this dealership. Was needing a truck this summer for holidays for me and my family. My order at another dealer was cancelled and resubmitted for the end of this year. Searched all over BC, checked with Colleen at Stetson and they had the model and power train I was looking for arriving at the end of that week (AT4 1500 with a Duramax). Came out of town from PG and Colleen, Callie and Sheila were the most accommodating friendly people I’ve dealt with at a dealership. Even when a couple things weren’t right, the above and beyond service I received from them was outstanding and they genuinely cared for mine and my families happiness with the truck! I couldn’t have asked for a better interaction!

Came in for an alignment and oil change after swapping to offset tires, they were very patient and open with the work and made sure to take their time to get it right! I appreciate open and honest work, Ashley at the service counter was great dealing with and extremely helpful with fitting me in in short time!

I took my 21 Chevy 1500 there (Passing true on the way to work) because the service emission system lights was on. (Needed a new Def heater and Tank) Ashley In service was amazing and easy to deal with. They put me in a rental took a few weeks for parts and now have me back on the road. I had an accident about two hours away from Hinton by Valemount and I was stranded. Had to hitchhike a ride to Hinton as this dealership was the nearest place to get a rental and they were more than accommodating with me. They supplied me a nice GMC Sierra to use with nice winter tires and my service manager Lisa that assisted me was family like matured in helping the whole time.

My husband I were driving from Manitoba to BC in winter conditions. 15 km outside of Hinton our engine light came on. We headed to Stetson Hinton GMC and received amazing service! Our car spent the night in the GMC urgent care and received the necessary treatment. Service managers, Lisa and Ashley, went out of their way to reassure us, be sure we knew the advantages of the GMC warranty we should take advantage of, and got us back on the road. Excellent friendly and very knowledgeable service!

Callie, Chris, Ashley and those behind the scenes are amazing. There was a glitch in the delivery of our new-to-us vehicle, but the team went above and beyond to work everything out. We would definitely recommend them!
