Fast service, but they made a mistake with my order. I had asked for the original hems to be preserved since there was a satin detail on the suit pants and an acid washed detail on the denim. No original hems were preserved.

Also, $75 for 3 pairs of pants.

Incase you are looking at the comments to see if they do custom cloth, They don’t do custom cloth, I went to their store yesterday and ask them to do custom cloth the lady said “I am sorry we don’t do custom cloth “. I asked why it’s says in your website that you do so her response was “I am sorry”. That’s it. They should write down just the right service they do and don’t lie to people in your website. It was a waste of time for me to go all the way there to figure out that they don’t do custom clothing.just take down the service that you don’t do, So we don’t waste time going to your store.

These guys husband and wife team are the best ever! I was able to bring them my Hugo boss suit and they finished it very quickly. Fixing the arm length upper back and pant legs. Awesome clean and polite. He is one of the best seamster’s in Edmonton with a bird to prove it serving Edmonton elite.

My wife and I had a piece of fabric deeply stuck in the zipper teeth of a very expensive shoulder bag. We were told neither could be saved but Doreen with great skill and calmness was able to save both in a matter of a few minutes. She was utterly amazing! Thank you for your incredible work and service.

Great experience, stitched a pair of dress pants to size, perfectly done as if it was manufactured. Doreen helped us out and had the pants ready to go before the estimated time given!

I brought in pretty much my whole wardrobe for hemming and alterations, including dresses in tricky fabrics with fancy hemlines. They did a beautiful job, and got it done very quickly - highly recommended!

The tailor was AMAZING! I needed last minute sleeve alterations on my wedding dress and she had it done in a matter of hours and it looked great!

Honestly devastated with what they did to my clothes: (
I brought in two pairs of jeans and a linen pant that just needed the outside seams taken in and a couple of darts cuz I lost weight, as well as a zipper replacement on my favourite jeans.
She charged me 200$
I paid cuz she'd already pinned everything and I felt bad, but when I got them home later I realized she had only taken the seams in up to inseam length? So there's massive bulging around the hips that just does not make sense cuz she had pinned those areas too to take in.
And the zipper replacement was even worse. They're high-waist pants that I can't even get on now because she used a zipper 2" shorter than the original? And even picked some stitches out to put it in that she never replaced.

Also, I asked about their first responder discount because others I know have had their uniforms done here and gotten the discount, but she said there wasn't?

Overpriced for shoddy half hearted work

I've never left a review but it was that bad I honestly had to just for my own sense of closure. Cuz spending 200$ to have them butcher my favourite pants was painful.

The ladies at this location are all very pleasant and helpful. Awesome service! Job well done

Needed a patch on my coat, and they put the wrong side of the material I brought in onto the coat. It is also much much larger than it needed to be. I asked to get it fixed, but they need to take apart my coat again, which will ruin my coat more since they need to cut more. And there might not be enough material. They told me they did not know what side of the material, yet I say them pin the correct side to my coat. Waste of $50, they did not say sorry, did not offer me anything.
Also, third photo lighting colours are different, but you can see the difference in each side of the material.
Update: I got my coat redone. The patch is a lot smaller now, but thete is other damage. There is a lot of left over glue and stitch holes. I will have to go to a cleaner to get this glue out, if possible. The lady still did not apologize properly, and no refund of any sort.

I brought my jacket in that I broke the zipper at work and I expected to pay more and get the entire zipper replaced. The lady was awesome and just fixed the zipper head, and did not charge me much less than expected thanks again!

I was here today it was crazily busy but truly one of my favorite stores my 5year old granddaughter broke her ear muffs I'd bought her for Christmas stocking stuffer last year wanted a new pair or set and we were able to find them always puts a smile on my face to see hers light up makes my shopping experience a wonderful one so c, mon drop in come say hello and hope your shopping goes as well as mine did see you there have a wonderful Saturday evening

Straight forward, people are friendly and understanding as I was supposed to be able to pick up my uniform in like 5 days but since I told them I’m gonna be needing it in like 2 days, they quickly said that they will prioritize it and will be picked up 3 days earlier
