Stitch It Clothing Alterations & Dry Cleaning

I came in last week to get my new pants tailored for work. Picked it up yesterday so I can use it already, did not even let me try it first just to make sure if it’s the one that I asked for. When I tried it at home, both pants were different size when its not supposed to be like that. I called the store and asked if they can do something about it, I found it rude when the person on the phone that answered keep saying “Yeah ok bring it in”, I asked if I’ll be paying for it if they made changes again, I got a respond “Well I don’t know we’ll see” which I found it pretty rude. Paid $102 for just two of my pants and they did not even do it properly. Its my first time and will never go again. I also got charge too much based on how much they adjusted my waist, and the length that I said was supposed to be just one inches cut, it was twice the cut that they did. I’m very frustrated as these were my two pants. No greetings and I found the people here looks so judgemental when I walked in.

Professional ladies have done amazing work on 3 of the tares on my Jacket! I couldn’t even see or tell the difference in one of the places!

Dropped off a Jacket that needed the cuff hooks removed and repositioned to allow a better velcro cuff fit. I picked it up 2 hours later when I finished running other errons at the mall. Excellent job at a fair price. Very satisfied with the workmanship.

They didn’t actually repair several of my items. Asked to have the zipper replaced on several items which they didn’t do just put the slider back on the tracks and charged my for a zipper replacement. Then first time wearing these items the zipper comes off and I look and realize they didn’t do what I paid them for. Also paid them to repair a ripped seem, picked up my items and realized they didn’t sew the seem so I had to go back and have them do it. They’re polite but not great work and charge you for services that they do not perform.

Well had old Jean jacket.the corduroy on caller was toast.so I decided to get them to put corduroy elbow pads on too. I just laughed with shear joy.when she show me the finished work.wow.and the lady that got me to bring in the corduroy.was a delight to talk too. I will keep coming back to this place. The price was fair.the workmanship was better than I could imagine.they did make me look good.hats off to the people that work here.

Ms. Hui has taken the interest of consulting my purposes of alterations and provided the exceptional customer service. I will definitely refer Stitches Southgate and Ms. Hui to my family and friends.

I don't think I've been more desperate in my life, running to Stitch It with my unhemmed pants 2 hrs before the wedding. I looked at her and I said "It's in your hands now! I will do anything if you can hem these pants. " And she took it to the back and immediately started working on it. I was out of there 14min later saved by Stich It.
