Stitches

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in there at 11am on Saturday June 10th and the associates were standing at cash eating food and laughing and gossiping about personal lives. I was the only client in the store and they did not even acknowledge me (I was in there for a good 10 minutes) until I asked for a fitting room. The store looked disgusting (dirty and extremely unorganized.) with naked mannequins laying all over the tables. I understand that this location is quiet however you girls should make the most out of the customers you do get. The worst part for me was when I came out of the fitting room they just stared at me and continued eating without saying anything until I asked where to put my items as they didn’t workout. I felt extremely uncomfortable shopping in this store because it felt like my presence was an inconvenience to the girls “working”. I wouldn’t usually leave a bad review however this is the 4th time I’ve been into this store and had the same thing happen.ie: being the only shopper in the store and my presence just blatantly ignored and associates standing behind cash. The standard of customer service at this location is SERIOUSLY lacking. Would not recommend shopping here. You can tell they’ve been getting in trouble for their poor reviews because there’s absolutely no way four people gave this place 5 stars within two weeks (friends of associates FOR SURE) when there hasn’t been a true 5 star experience in months.

Most of my clothes are from stitches in Parkland mall because they are fashionable and in reasonable price. Also, the staff are so nice and welcoming. I like going there.

This store is great for clothes and prices but for the service went in recently and the lady wandering around folding the odd clothing item would not help me with what I was looking for tried twice to get her attention and she would just walk away had to find it my self, the poor girl at the till was swamped and the older lady did not seem to care and did not help with the line so stood in line for longer then needed

Always have a good time. Great prices. Workers are friendly:) love shopping there.

Stitches is the place to be if you want derogatory and blatantly rude comments from the sales team with fat shaming remarks and under breath comments to obviously pregnant, and petite woman went in to look for sundresses with my wife and all I got was a crying wife instead eat s**t both of you workers that were in there today whoever you are

Zoey at the Parkland mall Stitches is the best. Let me preface this with: I hate jean shopping so much.
But! She made it so quick and easy, found me many things that fit and look awesome and it was a very great experience. Thanks again Zoey.

What a horrid experience! Was in last Saturday (Feb 4), yes it was a Saturday but it was 11am and it looked like a bomb went off in that place. Only myself, husband and another couple in the store. Every changeroom was over flowing with stock thrown into them. Not a piece of clothing was folded, nor a staff member trying to tidy up. Not sure who even was on staff there except the cashier who didn't or wouldn't even say hi, thank you or have a nice day. She looked like she just got out of bed after a rough night at the bar. First and last time in the store for me.
