Stokes

The cashier was rude, and felt like we were bothering her doing a holiday exchange. Looked annoyed and barely said a word, and felt like she was almost going to dispute the exchange. Tenado needs to work on her customer service.

Stokes sells stuff I just can't find anywhere else. In this case, it was a butter dish, and they had several styles to choose from at very reasonable prices. Service from the staff member was excellent and enjoyable. It was a very brief visit, but I left in a great mood thanks to the whole experience. That doesn't happen too often these days.

Pleased with my experience at stokes today. Had purchased 2 dish sets and was parked so far from store and would of had to carry through the mall with a baby. Lily offered to bring out to my car if I park by entrance 24.

Nothing against the store - they are helpful and nice. But bought a Remy Oliver Tagine / Tajine that broke after one use. Would never buy this brand again. Super cheaply made.

The older woman working there is incredibly rude. Honestly I don’t usually leave reviews. But this woman was so awful I’d actually consider not shopping at this company again.
