Doctor did 10 stitches on my daughter’s forehead. Now, the wound has healed and no scar left. We are so lucky to have such a great doctor. Very great and professional doctor.

It's a really long and packed wait. Puke sitting on the floor next to you. Squished. It took 4 hours to get triaged and 12 hours to see a doctor for my child. We are so afraid whenever we have to go back.

The Stollery Emergency Room stands out not only for its efficient management but also for the dedication and professionalism displayed by its staff. Despite the expected wait times and high patient volume, the environment was kept clean, organized, and conducive to patient well-being. The check-in nurse's guidance and Dr. Nick's meticulous examination of my son were both commendable and reassuring. Furthermore, the nursing team showcased an exceptional balance of skill and empathy, particularly during challenging procedures.

Our subsequent day's visit reaffirmed the consistent level of care, with smoother processes and fewer patients. Overall, our experience on both July 24 and 25 serves as a testament to the Stollery Emergency Room's unwavering commitment to patient care. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for their resilience and dedication during our time of need. Their efforts significantly alleviated the stress of our situation.

If you’re going to let people die because they are getting medical care for free (and they are not getting it) or if you are going to act indifferent towards their pain, then make them pay!
The University Hospital whether it’s Children or Adults Emergency is a joke with all the staff working there! I wouldn’t give it any star BIG SHAME when you’re in a country like Canada and you can’t get medical care properly

Just remove the name Emergency and a star which I just gave. Doesn't matter what time you go, doctor will see you around 7 or 8 if you're lucky.

Came after 2 years and it just got worse. The wait time is 4 hours and still counting. Paid healthcare is a better option than this type of free healthcare.

Amazon prime is faster than these emergency services.

I will never come to this hospital again with my children and would not recommend taking anyone here to the emerg.
First of all.why work in an emergency for kids when there was no compassion, the last thing a parent or parents want to see is triage nurses constantly gossip and complain and in front of patients! Very unprofessional.
The WAIT TIMES were UNBEARABLE especially for SICK CHILDREN!

This hospital is a joke. Nobody cares and I am not sure why they even call it emergency. It should in fact be called after hours medical care.
Especially being a children's hospital and not caring for the children when they need the most attention.we are sitting for 8 hours to get help. Just promises and feeding on people's tax money. The professionals here and I am not sure whether I should call them that they are the most insensitive human beings who really don't care. All they say is they don't know.

Do not sit in the pink section in emergency if you or you baby is not covid positive you are getting directly exposed to covid without you knowledge. They are keeping people separate yeah a one or two year old will rely not touch anything for 3 hours sòoooooo mad

Waiting time is endless. Sitting here for hours and it is not crowded but no chance to see a doctor yet. So much tax we pay for this broken useless system. A kid in pain has to wait hours and hours
