Awesome place. Got a great deal on a trailer in the winter and when I had a issue with a manufacturer defect after de-winterizing they provided awesome service and got me back up and rolling. 100% recommend them and would suggest buy a trailer, parts, and your service from them.

Very satisfied with my new trailer purchase experience at Stone RV. It was a very smooth, no-bull sales process. Jim and staff looked after everything.

We drove 8.5 hrs from Saskatchewan to pick up our new Puma. Jim and his team exceeded our expectations. Everything was smooth and super quick over the phone. Camper was exactly as seen on the website. Even purchased a new smoker for the lake also.

Just traded in our unit and purchased a smaller used unit. We were extremely happy with the service and selection. Shawn was outstanding to deal with. Straight up. No nonsense. I appreciate that. Everything was seamless. Jim and Shawn even picked up our old unit from our house and drove the new one into it's place. Out with the old, in with the newer and smaller.

The service setting up the hitch assembly so my new Jeep could tow the unit was also top notch. I will feel safe and confident on the road knowing it is set up just right.

We bought our RV from Jim Stone at Stone RV several years ago. We are from Edmonton and I looked high and low all over the province for someone to buy our RV from. As soon as I contacted Jim I had a good feeling and we decided to drive up to White Court to buy our RV. That is one of the best decisions we have ever made. He went above and beyond to make our first RV purchase go smoothly. I wont give any specific details, but we had some issues with our RV after our first few camping trips and he called around to the Edmonton area and hooked us up with someone to do the warranty repairs for us and went WAY above and beyond taking care of the problems we had experienced. The staff at the shop he had called told us that they had never seen what he did done before. Because of his kindness we were able to get our RV fixed and were back out camping within a week! Very please, and if we ever need to buy a new RV in the future, I would go no where else, but Stone RV.

Amazing service from showing us the trailer to final sale. Even after the sale, required some hitch adjustments and the technician came out to assist. No warranty issues or other service to report back on yet but so far all has been great. Thanks Stone RV.
