Such a beautiful store, I especially loved the plant section! However, poor customer service with the cashiers… my friend was wanting to purchase something and she was the first in line. The two cashiers overlooked her and served the other two customers behind her. After each transaction, they both stopped and didn’t bother to ask if my friend was ready to pay. They just completely ignored her, we decided to not purchase anything and left the store … very disappointed.

Nice shop, except the 3 cashiers. 3 dumbos, more concerned about their nails than having the least manners. I had to say Hello three times before getting one in return. You are a customer, you pay for our items, no thank you at all, you are just a piece of s. When I told them "Did you learn to say hello and thank you in your lives or is it optional? ", you could see 3 owls understanding nothing and laughing like balloons on top of it. I am really concerned of these being the new generation but it seems to be the new cultural reference.

Beautiful store with great stuff! The staff are uninviting, though. I said hello during my transaction and just got blank stares! No hello, thank you or good bye. Very odd

I went back and the staff were even worse! It’s as if people in the store are a bother. Very unwelcoming

Chelsea and the team were extremely helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond in facilitating my shopping needs, I am absolutely beyond pleased.

The store is a perfect mix between rustic mountain décor with a warm and yet unique feel.

Make sure you stop in next time you are in town.
