Awesome service! Parts and service departments were professional and courteous, Ed and Chris were great to deal with. By far the best dealership in Calgary!

Waited for two months for a new car Mazda 3. New car has front hood scratched. When having been noticed, asked Mazda's staff to fix it for me, which they did well by polishing and adding 3M on top. They apologized for inconvenience. Other than that, it is a friendly environment, helpful staff.

I bought a truck off Stoney trail Mazda in the summer, the process of buying the vehicle was smooth, except for the fact that their mechanics are incompetent and didn’t go through the vehicle sufficiently when they gave me the safety inspection (which is required by law) When I took the vehicle home, 2 days after purchase it started misfiring horribly, and wouldn’t shift smooth at all. At one point I was going up a hill and the truck completely cut power and left me stranded, keep in mind this was a 26k truck, which is unacceptable. Coung was the sale rep that sold me the truck, when I called about the issues he states “well might I remind you, you bought a used truck, sorry”. I reminded him that all their vehicles need to have a valid safety to sell, which this one was falsified. This truck would NEVER pass a safety at any other shop with mechanics that actually know their way around vehicles. I understand buying used vehicles can be tricky, but when buying from a dealership, it’s suppose to be safe. I ended up cutting ties talking to coung because he was useless. I talked to Chris, the assistant sales manager and he was awesome, nothing but good things to say about Chris and he got me sorted out, other than that, everyone at that dealership was snarky and was nothing but trouble. Once they realized what had happened, thankfully they fixed the truck which of course they should have done before the sale (ended up being about 4k in work). I would never recommend anyone buying a vehicle from Stoney trail, as their mechanics are incompetent at inspecting vehicles, their sales reps and managers are snarky (except Chris) as soon as they take your money. So buyer beware, go to another dealer.

It was nice to order my first Zoom zoom here. Marcia, Jasmine and Joe are friendly and professional. Special thanks to my sales consultant Marcia, she did a great job of explaining the details to me and answering questions.

Wanted to get my car serviced they said it didn't need much maintenance being that my kilometres were low for six months of use so I was like ok they stuck me with a bill of $450. Then I left and a week later it gave me a warning sign that it needs to be serviced in 3 days so I took it back and they wanted another $300 saying the breaks need replacing and thd oil needs changing after about 1700 km's ar first thig say it needs nothing and they charge me then they mess up on the settings then they want more money likely to do nothing I told them to give it back and spoke go a manager they wanted the money even if they don't work on it so I just took my keys carcass now service it outside never coming back to this conartist place.

I came in for my yearly tire swap and was greeted by Sarah Mcgee. She was attentive and explained the process. Very pleasant individual inspire of what appeared to be a very busy morning. Same for Harp who explained my bill and chatted with me for a little bit. I was expecting to be there for 2 hours but was out just over an hour.

The experience of buy a new car was amazing at Stoney Trail Mazda! Our salesman was Glenn and as soon as we arrived, he made us feel like he knew is product, very friendly and confident in what he was selling. He help us buy the right vehicle that suited are needs. Jonathan was the financial manager and he was amazing. He helped us with finding the right payment that would fit our budget. He made us feel like he was very efficient at his work, kind and very friendly.

It was the easiest process. Smooth the entire way through. Glen really showed up and shows his appreciation for his customers. I went in with specifications of what I was looking for and Glen was able to meet all and above. The process was efficient as well, and the date that I was provided to expect to pick up, turned out to be exactly what they had said initially. Which was a pleasant surprise.

Needed a new car and went to Stoney Mazda to take a look at a preowned vehicle. Met with Glenn Ermantrout, incredibly personable and I honestly felt like he really cared. The car was in great condition, detailers did a nice job, and Glenn was super helpful throughout the entire process. He even came in when I picked up the car to see it off on his personal time.
